    We hired Tri-State Tree Service to clear out branches from several trees on our property. Estimator came out on 5/26/2023 and got our estimate the next day. The service was scheduled for 5/31/2023, and the crew arrived on time and took care of the work quickly and professionally. Once it was complete, we had two brand new 10' high x 12' wide debris piles 1/2 on our lawn, and half in the street, impeding traffic. The crew leader advised us he was putting in a "rush" order to have the debris collected that same day. No show. The next morning, 6/1/2023, I called & was told I "was on the schedule for today". Again, no show. They proactively called me the morning of 6/2 to advise that they were "down a truck", and I was again being pushed out, this time until 6/5. This is unacceptable. Not only are these piles of debris destroying my lawn, but it is creating a serious safety hazard, as 1/3 of a very busy street is blocked for traffic, and visibility as well. We need this company to do their job and get these piles removed before someone is seriously injured.

    I arranged for tree services on my property in March 2023 that resulted in several issues that were not resolved adequately. 1. The agreed upon proposal was not completed and I was told I'd need to pay more for them to complete the job agreed upon. 2. My fence was damaged and no workers notified me prior to leaving. It was disappointing when I realized that upon coming outside my house after they'd left. I immediately emailed customer service and also left a voicemail. It wasn't until the next week did I get a response. Following that, it was a complete nightmare trying to get it fixed. After a lot of going back and forth, someone finally came out to "fix it". Unfortunately, it resulted in way more issues than a broken picket. When they "fixed it", they placed a picket that was too long and delved into the dirt and made it difficult to open/close my fence door. The only way to open it was by digging the dirt in the path of that one picket out. It also raised the rest of my door and made my latch not align properly. It went from a broken picket to a non-functional door. I immediately informed customer service and got a call back indicating that someone would correct it; however, no one did that week. I gave them an additional week prior to calling them back and Jeff who answered stated that he would come back to fix it personally. He never came. I emailed back and didn't get a response. I waited an additional week and emailed again--I got a response back and was told that it was the best they can do. The issue is, they never came back to shorten that picket, so I do not believe that "repair" is the "best" they can do. 3. The debris was left in my front yard and not picked up until I called back multiple times requesting for it to be picked up. I highly advise anyone else to avoid them if at all possible. If my experience is representative of the norm, you can expect zero decency/professionalism/service if there are issues that arise.
