Dear , Sergey ****** ,We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience theses issues may have caused you. We do not understand about "bodily harm " and "Threatening" ,nobody from our office called you or threating you or your family at any point . In regards to the repossession issues unfortunately after 10 days late the lender have the right to send a bay back to the dealer and your account becomes a buy back and repossession order is being placed .Your due date is on the 7th of each month , based on the lenders records your last payment was made on the 6.15.23 but the July payment was never made . Unfortunately after you are being notified by email and mail we do not received any auctions or contacts from your side that you are willing to pay and keep the account . Please contact our office if you have any additional questions, concerns, or comments, or if we may be of assistance at any point in the future .Our office is open from Monday - Saturday from 9-5:30 or contact our customer service at 850-********, emai:*****@filsgroupauto.com. I am rejecting this response because:
According to your contract I have 10 days grace period to make my payment with late fees being assessed. When I came over to the CAR Financial Services office on July 14th make my payment (that been within allowed timeframe to make a late payment, even according to your previous email you sent me day before), my account has been closed.CAR financial services representative told me that you paid off the balance on 07.12.23, closed account and retrieved a title for my vehicle.
On July 14th you sent me a repossession notice with date of last payment made by me on 03.15.2023, starting that you will pick up the vehicle for me for no payments.
On the same date I sent you an email requesting the dates of the last payments you have on file and the copy of the original purchasing contract to make sure I can go over that for terms one more time. You refused to send me that documents.
Also, I asked you to provide the new source and type of payment that will be accepted from now on, since you took over the loan and have not heard from your response ever since.At this point I would like to receive the entire amount of $2,963.91 (the full amount I paid so far) plus reimbursement of $173. 61 for the flight ticket I had to purchase to get back home, since you repossessed the vehicle while I was working (07.18.23, per your email). Leaving me with no means of transportation to get home.
As of “threats” and “bodily harm”, it has been sent from Catalina Filip’s personal cell phone to my wife’s personal cell phone. I have all records of that saved, translated to English and notarized by the local notary. Any further emails, text messages, or phone calls will be considered as a personal harassment and staking and we will have to deal with it accordingly to the State of Florida law.
Please provide me within next 7 days with the check for the amount of $3,137.52 (the balances on the vehicle that I paid so far towards my principal and interest plus reimbursement on the flight ticket), since I did not break my part of the payment agreement.
Also, please gather all my personal belongings, that I had inside the vehicle, including garage key for my primary residence, and license plate that belongs to me and let me know when it is ready for a pick up.
Rest assure, my original complaint, your response and my further response is saved as an important documents and it verifying your acknowledgment, and I will take this matter further if you will not comply with my request.
