      I moved to Pensacola in October of 2022. During the move, my car broke down and I was in need of a new vehicle. I found Fil’s and went there to check out the selection of vehicles on the lot. I went back, everyday for about 2 weeks straight, test driving and trying to make a good decision. I spent a lot of time talking to Catalina about the different vehicles and narrowing down my options. I was ready to give up when I noticed a Chevy Tahoe on the back of the lot. After talking to Catalina about it and test driving it, I knew that was the one. Along with the purchase of the car, I was given a 1 year full warranty on the engine. In August of 2023, I had a breakdown while out of state. I contacted Catalina and Igor, the repair shop’s manager, and they very instrumental in helping get me back on the road. The repair took longer than I anticipated, however it was extremely thorough and I could not be more satisfied or grateful.

      I bought a 2016 Honda civic from this dealer and I wasn’t shown a car fax and lead to believe that they only changed a bumper and the mileage on the vehicle was the right one.. I tried on more than one attempt to trade the car and I was persuaded not to buy the dealer. I went to do a trade at a reputable car dealership and when the car fax was pulled I was told that it had a salvaged title and also the the mileage on the car was incorrect.. I made contact with the dealer and she tried to lie more and told me if I carry back the car she would have to sell it first before I can get back my money… again I confronted her about the lies then she told me if I sue her I won’t get anything. For a woman she is wicked to do me that on top of my money… I would encourage no one to do business with her . And am waiting on her to fix this asap

      I called all day leaving several messages that I was traveling a distance and asking that someone let me know if the vehicle I was coming to see was still available. An hour from the store I finally spoke to one of the "owners" who indicated it was still available. When I got there and called to say I was at the bank she said she needed to call the store and see if it was available. After all that she called to say it had "just sold."

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and your long drive, but our policy is set up as "First come First Serve "and we do not hold anything on the lot . We have informed you that the unit is on the pending sales status and 2 customers were there to buy it. We do understand your frustration but is nothing that we can do at this point . We wish you good luck.

      Bought a Ford Taurus and was pleased with the customer service. I would recommend getting a third party mechanic inspection as some of the cars have been in wrecks.

      Bought a real lemon for my daughter from this dealership. I know it's buyer beware but she was told the car was fine after she was drove it and complained of shaking in the front. Upon taking it to an independent mechanic, she discovered the tires were recaps, the front end was out of alignment, and the rear axle was missing. After spending an additional $1600 dollars to fix the above problems, she discovered a grinding noise in the rear end. Her mechanic discovered metal shavings, which was the reason the rear axle had been previously removed because it eliminated the noise. It will be hundreds of dollars to fix the problem. I know buying a used car is risky, and we can't take it back. I don't really know what recourse we have. Buyer beware of this business. Get the vehicle you choose checked out by an independent mechanic.
