      I have not had a good experience I am actually disappointed and it’s my own fault because I was in a hurry to find a car and get back to work. I went in closer to closing and that was not smart I test drove the car and everything seems to be fine so I went for it! I get home to Cantonment it smells like gas the check engine light came on and the front end is messed up! They fixed the check engine light problem but I am waiting a month for the clicking noise and the front end to be fixed I have had to buy two to front tire at the beginning of this month which is May 2 weeks later the thread is showing in my tires again! I have been pulled over because the car drives off to the left or right on its on! I have to go 10 miles so that I don’t hit any bumps. I am so sacred to drive but I have to work to pay for this! It’s also leaking water in my car and when I complained it’s not a care in the world! I was told You picked that car! But as soon as I am able they can have it back! Take a mechanic when you go because when you sign you are stuck! I was not going to do a review but I can’t get to work because it’s not safe to drive!

      I contacted Byrider about the way the car was running shortly after purchasing it. I was told 10 days to get in. I'm a single female, this car is my only means of transportation. I told them I couldn't be without my vehicle for 10 days & asked if they provided a rental/loaner vehicle. They told me that is my problem. I had no choice but to take it in on July 14, 2023. They contacted me after I asked for an update & said it was in need of a full motor replacement, it could be up to 4 weeks. I told them previously the issues it was having & that there was an electrical issue. They chose after the motor was replaced, to tell me the main computer needed replaced (4 weeks). They stated there is a backorder for the computer & they would have to have it custom made. I tried to contact the service department to see if my car was accessible to get some items I needed out of it. They refused to answer me. I went without what I needed. I am not often able to get the service department to answer me when I ask for an update. Being in limbo has been extremely difficult to schedule around. They finally answered by telling me that the computer they got in didn't work & they had to order a new one. They have had my vehicle for 8 weeks as of today (9.8.23) They refuse to tell me if the computer has even came in or what stage the repair is at. They also told me a week ago they were speaking with the Finance Manager to see what they might be able to do about an alternative. Then no updates. I have been clear that last Wednesday was the last day I could get a ride to work & that they are putting me in a position to lose my job. No answer. I asked specifically if the computer came in. After a very vague reply that the car is in the shop & when they have an update they will let me know. They are making it so I am not only going to lose my employment but will have no way to eat, pay bills, retain a place to live. I struggled to purchase this car & have continued to make the payments.

      I have gotten a car from this dealership probably about 9 months ago. This car had issues since I drove it off the lot. Window wouldn't work alternator was bad drugs were terrible so I brought the car back they fixed the window fixed alternator so I brought it back again and we're going to start going they said I had to fix it. The car start overheating I had to pay $221 for a repair that wasn't on the warranty. Had to bring it back 2 weeks later because the radiator cracked. Now I don't know this must be trip number five since I had this car back to the garage now it's for transmission and the car is still overheating. All I got to say these guys do help you on your credit. But as far as their merchandise or product. Hang it up. Stay away. They put you in any car that's available that is not on there a lot. So don't walk on the lot and think you're getting that car you want because you're getting the next car that's coming out that garage that's close to being decent run. I tried to contact my Financial Manager plenty of times. No success. But *** **** ** they want their payment. So stay away from this dealership especially if you really need a car. Situation I was in.

      Please stay away from this company. I moved to Louisiana from Florida. I'm trying to get a Louisiana plate on my car which I need a copy of the original title faxed to the DMV in New Orleans. It's 2021 and the JD Byrider location does not send faxes. When the title was emailed to the DMV clerk, it had "void" watermarked all over it which the DMV refused to accept. So know I have a car I'm paying for that I can't drive because I can't get a plate for it.
