We hired Pensacola Glass and they installed two sets of glass doors with side windows and above transoms. Total invoice is $22,547 paid in full April 1, 2023 the glass was install was completed and final payment was made. We have then followed up with Woody numerous times, head manager/CEO and told him of the loud popping noise in the hinges and the rubbing. May and June I called pensacola glass to state that we were having issues. Woody said the installer he had out was no longer with them and would send a new crew. August 3, 2023 The crew comes onsite to Supposey to fix install. Three pieces of glass are chipped by the pensacola glass installers when they took them out. They set the glass on the ground with no cushions under the glass. The hinges are not fixed correctly. November 7th we received an email from Woody stating the three pieces of glass that were chipped by his guys during repair were reordered and he would send someone out for hinge repair. I make numerous attempts to contact Woody by phone and text and also calling Pensacola Glass. I get no response for when the new glass will be here and installed. November 7 2023- January 16, 2023 now no attempt has been made to contact me or to rectify fixing the doors that we paid over $22,000 for. We just want the glass doors working and not making noises from hinges rubbing glass. We want the 3 pieces of glass replaced as Woody stated he ordered new (I have an email from Woody).Business response

The three pieces of glass referenced in the complaint has just come in and we have scheduled installation of this glass for February 6th and 7th. We have replaced the hinges referred to in the complaint once and we will address the hinge noise noted in the complaint at time of glass installation next week.
