The company has owed me a refund for roughly 3 months, and agreed on the refund but yet they will not send me what is owed to me. I have submitted multiple requests and I have sent a demand for payment as of 3/4/2023. I feel as though this is **** league tactics trying to stall me out so I will forget about what they owe me. They also give you the hard sell and put you in a state of panic when they are tying to force you to sign a treatment plan that includes multiple crowns and high dollar costs by telling you all of the potential bad things that could happen if you do not do as they say. I think this tactic is also very **** league because some people will not seek a 2nd opinion or will just comply.Business response

Went in for crown work and root canals. Paid $11170.00 for 10 crowns and 2 root canals. Crowns came back from lab messed up. Dentist thought it was ok to glue them in my mouth without showing me first. Absolutely ugly crowns. When I said I didn't like them she said they were already glued in. Left furious and called back under an hour to speak w manager. Manager said they would redo all 10 crowns for free. At this point I do not feel comfortable getting it done at this location and do not feel this dentist would do a quality job. I'm now in $11170 in debt for a ugly smile and have to go through the pain of getting them redone.Business response
