            I ordered one bottle of a supplement from Advanta*Prod 1/8/24 and was charged for 3 bottles. I contacted my credit card company and they investigated. I was charged again 2/9/24 for 3 bottles. I notified my credit card company, Barclaycard, and cancelled my card. We were traveling and did not know what was ordered until we returned home 3/4/24. We returned all 6 of the bottles to the return address after contacting the company by phone. We never received any emails or mail from this company. They sent a copy of a document to Barclaycard showing delivery. We sent a copy of the tracking document for the return of the 6 bottles to Barclaycard but they continue to charge us. The Advanta company refuses to refund us as we did not follow their protocol that they did not give us. They refused to give us an address for the company when we called them. You can't find them online. The document they provided to Barclaycard did not have an email or an address on it. I have filed a complaint with the **** and the **** Barclaycard refuses to believe a more than 10 year good customer over what is obvious scam company.

            I unfortunately ordered of 2 bottles of Keto/ ACV Gummies as a trial product. I received a fraud alert from my bank regarding this company trying to charge my account on 1/8/24. I rejected the charge. The next day, apparently the charge went through and @10 days later received 6 bottles from this company. I did not open this package and planned to return it.On 2/6, I received another fraud alert from my bank as the same company was requesting to charge my account again. I again rejected the charge and the bank locked my debit card, and as a result need to get another card,It appears to be on an automatic reorder cycle. My order of 2 bottles was supposed to be a one-time order.I attempted to contact their phone number to get a refund of my original order and the response by my phone is can't access that number.
