      I ordered one bottle of a supplement from Advanta*Prod 1/8/24 and was charged for 3 bottles. I contacted my credit card company and they investigated. I was charged again 2/9/24 for 3 bottles. I notified my credit card company, Barclaycard, and cancelled my card. We were traveling and did not know what was ordered until we returned home 3/4/24. We returned all 6 of the bottles to the return address after contacting the company by phone. We never received any emails or mail from this company. They sent a copy of a document to Barclaycard showing delivery. We sent a copy of the tracking document for the return of the 6 bottles to Barclaycard but they continue to charge us. The Advanta company refuses to refund us as we did not follow their protocol that they did not give us. They refused to give us an address for the company when we called them. You can't find them online. The document they provided to Barclaycard did not have an email or an address on it. I have filed a complaint with the **** and the **** Barclaycard refuses to believe a more than 10 year good customer over what is obvious scam company.

      I placed an order online today April 13, 2024 with this company for two (2) bottles of Sugar Control *** advertised at $47.49 each with 2 free bottles and free shipping. After placing my order I noticed I had been over charged and had also been charged for two bottles of Sugar Control ***-Detox which was something that I didn't even order. The total I was charged was $249.98, my order total should have been $94.98 I was overcharged $155.00. I called the toll free customer service number twice and was told that there wasn't anything that could be done. I requested to speak with a supervisor each time I called. Each representative told me something different which was unacceptable. Each representative was told I would be disputing the amount with my bank and filing a complaint with the BBB due to consumer fraud.

      This company continues to charge me and send me its products despite my attempts to cancel my subscription. The phone number listed on their website is out of service.

      On Nov 27, 2023, I purchased a supply of Keto gummies for $239.99 from this company. I did receive the product. On Dec 23, 2023, i was charged $239.99 again and received another package of Keto gummies. I did not request/order this second shipment. When I email the company, my emails keep bouncing back. When I call the company, my calls go straight to voicemail. I have been unsuccessful in reaching a representative to resolve this problem. I would like $239.99 refunded since I was charged without consent
