I placed an order 12/1/23 and my inclusions were received by the business in by at least 12/7/23 according to **** and my order still has not arrived to me as of 6/25/24. No eta, no tracking number and I am being given the run around. The turnaround was 4 months at order placement and then it changed due to some family issues that the owner was having to 4.5-5 months but now we are over 6 months since inclusion arrival. I have emailed multiples times in the 6 months regarding the status and I am directed to the order status page which still gives no real statusit just has a ton of order numbers and the order in which they arrived and says that they are worked in order of arrival. On 6/17/24 she said that the orders from **************** were shipped within the last few days and I should get tracking once scanned but still nothing. I emailed again after that to get a real status such as a tracking number even if that tracking number showed that the label is printed but **** is not in possession of item that at least tells me that it is really being worked on. Still waitng for another response a week later and nothing is in the mail. I have no idea if or when the piece will arrive and now I regret orderering after seeing other business complaints including this one on BBB. My order number has been removed from the site at least 3 weeks but according to the site once your order number is removed you will get tracking info and order shipped at the end of the week which at this point is not true. I asked for a refund and was told that I am not eligible for a refund. I was told that others are understanding of her family issues, and I am as well, but 6 months+ with no eta or personal update is unprofessional and the customer should at least be given an email (without the customer directly reaching out) if there is a delay and should be given the option to wait or get a refund especially if it is outside of the quoted timeframe on the website.
