            Im writing in behalf of my girlfriend, *************************. Her experience with this ************** has been worst ever. She is having problems with her oversized kidney and her help is constantly delayed by this unprofessional business. She had a medical appointment that was scheduled so that she could get referred to a kidney specialist and her health care provider decides to go on vacation without notice. She was forced to reschedule her appointment. On her next appointment, she finally got a chance to view the healthcare provider after waiting for a long period time and they claimed that they found a specialist for her that takes her insurance. She goes to the specialist and they tell her that they dont accept her insurance. They clinic then claims that they sent another referral for a new specialist and scheduled the appointment for today. ************ checks with the clinic to see if the referral was sent and they never even sent it. She had to take off time from work to wait on this clinic to send a referral to kidney specialist for Todays appointment. They need to be shutdown for being completely unprofessional. Their service is terrible and it shows that they dont really care for their patients.
