I purchased the "free offer - postage charge only" cream offered from VisagePur in FY 2020. I did read the small print and made sure to cancel so that I wouldn't be sent/charged for subscription. In late 2021 I received a messages that I owed them money for the products they had been shipping to me. They said they had tried to collect the amount owed and they will send my account to a bill collector. They never mentioned the amount. I received two of those messages and then the phone calls started. This was all out of the blue as I had not heard one word from this company or received any more product from them since the first jar in 2020. This is a scam. I based this on the fact that 1) I read and cancelled on the subscription trap within the time allotted. 2) I hadn't received one word from them in over a year and they claim they have tried to contact me and threatened bill collector action. 3) I have not seen another product from them after the first one (so where are they allegedly sending them - not to me?) 4) I have had no charges on any of my cards from them after the first jar arrived and I check my credit reports and accounts regularly from all three credit bureaus. Based on this I figure my name was next on their list to bilk out of several hundred dollars and to coerce me into complying with their ploy to get something for nothing. Isn't that the definition of the word "thief" and in this scenario, a "scammer? " I am requesting your assistance in getting this company to stop harassing me with their 24 carat bogus claim that I owe them anything. Thank you and I appreciate your efforts.

The company Visage Pur Skin charged me for shipping and handling for the first product. Then they sent me a product after I already called to cancel my subscription. I called them back to say that I should not have to pay for it. They refunded me and I sent back the product. I have emails that show this. Two years later they call me and state that I owe $84 and I reminded them that it was all taken care of and I have proof. They demanded that I pay for it and said they would make sure that I was blacklisted from all places if I didn't. I said I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I saw and advertisement on-line for a free trial of Visage Pur. I just had to pay the shipping cost, which I did. I received the product and tried it. I broke out in a big rash so I threw it away. On Oct. 28 I got a text addressed to Dear (first name) about my overdue bill. I never received a bill nor did I expect one for a free product and I felt like I was being scammed. Second text came on Nov. 2 warning that it was being sent to their Collections Dept. The last text came this Thursday, Nov. 18 saying it was going to be reported to all 3 credit bureaus. I'm at my wit's end. I am 79 years old and don't want the good credit I've worked to hard to get destroyed by this group. They threaten that they "will be forced to seek more aggressive actions. Each text had a different email address which didn't work and there were two different phone numbers. I called the one number 877) 501-7925. A machine answered saying their business hours are 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday. I don't know what to do; I am so scared. I can't ask my husband, as he is very ill and just got out of the hospital again. Can you please help me?

I ordered a trial sample of Visage Pure Skin Trial on 11/13/2020, Within the last several weeks I have received 2 texts and just now, a threatening phone call, from someone who purports to be a representative of the company saying I had agreed to pay for or return the sample and the complaint is now being escalated. I have called the company or someone pretending to be the company twice, and been told my account was fine and settled. Is there anyway I can stop this harassment? The latest call was from a number in Laurel, DE ***********.

On August 12, 2020, I bought some Visage Pur face cream online. They charged me 33.90 + 4.99 + 6.95 = $45.84. The article I read had several celebrity endorsements. Right after I hit send, I read all kinds of reviews saying this is a scam. The next day I went to my bank and cancelled my card and got a new one. I never thought I would even receive any face cream. About a month later, I did receive some products which I just threw away not knowing what was in it. Over a year later, I started getting calls at my job. I have no idea how they got the number. It's always people with very strong accents saying I owe money. I tell them every time to stop calling, I owe them no money. They have called for several times for several months. One of the reviews I read said that they kept charging their card for things they didn't order. That's what they are trying to do, but they can't because I changed my card. I just want them to stop calling me.

Ordered a free sample of Visage Pur face cream. While placing this order, they offered me other products which I said "no" to. Regardless of my saying no to extra products they sent me an eye serum which I did not want. The cream broke my face out in a red rash so I called them and said this. I offered to send both products back and they said I didn't need to so that was that. Now they're calling me and saying I never called and I owe them about $200.00 as my account is still active! It was advertised as free and I only had to pay shipping. This is false advertising at it's worse! If you can help me with this I would really be grateful.
