I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the lack of timely action taken by Camping World in *************, **, regarding the cancellation of my Emergency Alert Safeguard warranty for my RV, a 2023 Shadow Cruiser 228RKS.I've contacted the business team on multiple occasions to request cancellation of this warranty. Specifically:1) On April 12, 2024, I submitted a written request to cancel the warranty.2) Following up on April 16, 2024, I was assured that my request would be processed promptly.3) After still not seeing any action taken, I wrote again on May 12, 2024, reiterating my request and expressing concern about the delay.Despite these repeated requests, I have yet to receive confirmation that the warranty has been canceled. As a result, I am left feeling frustrated and concerned about the continued payment of premiums for a service that is no longer required or desired and under Florida law should have been canceled at my request.I kindly request that you take immediate action to cancel my Emergency Alert Safeguard warranty and stop any further charges related to this service. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the status of my request and confirmation that the cancellation has been processed.I expect better communication and service from Camping World. I hope that your team will take necessary steps to rectify this situation and restore my trust in your organization.
