I was promised by the salesman, ***** *****, that the system that I was purchasing and that would be installed will produce 104% of my energy needs, which recent bills showed to be in excess of 15MWH/year. System that was installed is designed to produce less than (MWH/ year. Since installation it has produced less than 35% of my needs. I have reached out to the company on many occasions inviting them to make me whole and to explain why the system I was promised is not what I received. Their responses have been only offers to sell me more panels; not to install what I was promised. I have neighbors who also purchased from them who did not receive what they were promised, either.

Your system was designed and installed according to the agreed-upon contract specifications, with an estimated annual production of 11.2 MWh. After reviewing your recent energy usage, we found that your consumption has increased to 13.8 MWh per year, which exceeds the systems original design. This increase in usage is the primary reason your system is covering a lower percentage of your energy needs than expected.
We understand that energy needs can change over time, and we have offered options to expand your system to accommodate your increased consumption. While we are happy to assist in finding solutions, the system installed is producing as expected based on the initial agreement.

1 starI do NOT recommend this company at all. They installed our panels incorrectly which caused a leak in our home. They DO NOT acknowledge their contract that states a 25 year warranty against damage and water infiltration at each roofing penetration made by ***. It further states that they will repair or compensate you for the damage. They do not answer the phone or return emails.... Once they have your money good luck getting them to respond to any issues. They also do not care if your roof is 1 year old or 20 years old, they will do the install anyways. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!Review fromSteven K

1 starI had ESD install my system about 3.5 years ago. they did a pretty good job at the tine and I had no real complaint with ********* forward to current time and that's a different story. We recently went through the 2 hurricanes in *******. We took ************ damage to our house. When power was restored and I turned my solar system on. I could hear arcing and could smell wires burning coming from the panel. I took the cover off and the connections from the panels were burning up. I turned the system off to avoid a fire. I made a call to them to have a service team come out and check out the system. I was told because of the Hurricanes they were charging a $250 just to be put of the schedule. I asked what the fee was for and if it was refundable. I was told no its not. I told the lady that that was price gouging and I wasn't paying and I wanted to talk to a supervisor. I received a call back the following day. Explained it all to her and eventually was told she would wave the fee and send someone out. that was a week ago and have tried to call them with no response back. I just want my system back online and safe. This company is bad and they don't care about you just getting paid!! Do not use them! Both the service **** and her manager should be fired for there lack of compassion and customer service skills.Review fromJ. R.

I have had this solar system since 2017. I was never once was informed how to operate this system. Other than as long as it is on it is working and that it would be tracked on the companies side. Now after eight years I had another company look at my system and they tell me the system is not working and appears to have stopped reporting. I called Energy Solutions and they tell me it is the suppliers job to monitor the system. I contacted SOLAR EDGE and they say the installer is responsible for monitoring the system. Now I am going around in circles. I don't understand why that is but I have been loosing money and no one wants to assist me or own up to the ball being dropped.ESD Roofing + Solar

*********, as the manufacturer, holds the warranty and provides technical support for your system. We recommend reaching out to ********* directly, as many issues can be resolved remotely through their troubleshooting and critical updates. If the problem persists, please obtain the case number provided by ********* and contact us with that information. This will enable us to manage your warranty claim and arrange for an on-site technician if necessary.
