**** was refunded an agreed upon amount on November 14, 2023 even though he signed a contract that stated deposits are nonrefundable. He cancelled the contract when he got a lower bid from another contractor after signing a contract with my company and making a commitment. He requested that I lower my price or he would cancel and he was informed that I wouldnt be doing so. He even had a family member attorney look at our signed contract that states deposits are nonrefundable which is why he agreed to my offer to refund all but the $852 dry hole charge that was stated if the ***** didnt work which meant he would be refunded majority of his deposit. Why hes complaining a month after being refunded knowing he broke a contract because he didnt do his due diligence in getting bids is beyond me. I fail to see how allowing him out of a legal agreement is shady but I wish him the best of luck.
