I entered into a contract to install Kitchen Cabinets and Granite Countertops with Kitchen & Bath Exchange. After several delays in the installation of the Cabinets and Granite Countertops, the largest Granite Countertop arrived marked/stained and unsealed. The mark/stains appear to be a result of improper storage and should never have been installed. The damage to the stone would have to be grinded to remove that would result in a large uneven surface. On four occasions I had to contact Kitchen & Bath Exchange to address the issue and was referred to their sub-contractor. Today a technician arrived but did not remove the large mark/stains that appear to be from a long strap in storage and a what appears to be a ring. The technician sealed the Granite Countertops over the mark/stains. The mark/stain in the countertops are large and discernible, completely unacceptable considering they are new countertops in a completely remodeled condominium unit.Business response
