7/19/21, Property Manager **************************************** a signed lease agreement (section 21) by ALLOWING nuisance-like behavior of her tenant who's a 3x convicted violent criminal. My email address was forwarded from ******* to the tenant, due to complaints I sent SHOWING the tenant stalking, threatening/harassing my children. This Resulted in over a year of: my children and I being constantly stalked, harassed, lied-on, followed, recorded, intimidated with threats of physical violence leading up to assault & battery on my child, vandalism of my property(home), stolen/damaged vehicle, many police reports (including falsified police reports/coerced accusations from ************* tenant), a lawsuit & permanent injunction filing (11/9/21) against the tenant, gross negligence, a deliberate & willful refusal to intervene properly & professionally address the issues. Corporate managers ************************* and *********************** assisted ******* by attempting to cover-up, downplay and excuse the wrongdoing. I was FORCED to file a complaint, accepted by the ******* ****************** on Human Relations, ending in a reconciliation agreement on 4/4/22. Afterwards, ******* resulted to non-stop RETALIATION F.S. 83.64(1)(a) against my children and I due to the complaint. She issued me a total of 3 FRIVOLOUS non-compliance notices on my minors, one rescinded via ****, called the police on me 2 times for no reason, tried to charge me TWICE $50 for trash she KNEW wasn't mine. After avoiding my calls/visits (8/12-8/16) to make every effort of getting my rent paid, on 8/17/22 ******* LIED to me about filing eviction on 8/15/22. Filing was actually entered 8/18/22. My lease ended in August. She'd been informed a new lease would not be signed, and intentionally refused the last month's asst. ******* $1,009. that she'd been accepting all along. Her eviction filing was later dismissed! She then illegally sold my acct to a reporting agency alleging over $2,500. in which I do not owe nor responsible for.

My name is ******************************* I am the property manager at Park Springs Apartments. *** *** turned in her keys to Park Springs in September of 2022. She was under eviction for non payment of rent. Her account was charged a total of $2,513.46 for damages left to the apartment and attorney fees. I have attached pictures of the condition of her apartment upon move out.

The complaint against me regarding another resident's harassment was found to be that both parties participated in harassing each other. Police were called by the office staff after receiving multiple complaints from other residents of shouting while standing outside of each of their apartments. Both resident's received a 7-day notice to cure.

A credit and background check is run on all applicants applying to move into Park Springs. If an applicant is found to have a background their application would come back as denied.

Trash bags are gone through finding proof of the individual whose trash was found. Pictures are taken of any resident that is being charged for trash left outside their door or that is located on the property other than the trash compactor. There was no trash fee that was charged to this resident.

All residents with a unpaid balance to Park Springs are sent to collection.
