**** for a motor and a transmission replacement paid in cash full have a receipt for Job performed and took 4 weeks to get done only to have my car run 2 weeks and it stopped running so had to pay for a tow to take it to there shop and they tried to fix it and said it was done just to have it break down again I was fed up of paying tow truck again to take it to there shop but I did and they made a quick fix but like usual it broke down so I had it towed again out of my expense for the 3rd time took it to another mechanic had them check it out and to tell me the motor was bad needed to be replaced as the crank shaft had broken inside and needed a repair but since to replace it would cost more than a full motor replacement so I told csg that the motor was no good and needed a refund since the car had broken down 3 time in less than 2 months but he refused to refund me and when forward to offering me to buy one of his trucks but I refused since I had paid a great deal of money for a problem that was not fixBusiness response

Customer was made aware there was an electrical issue that was unrelated to the motor and transmission installment. We did let him know we could look for the electrical problem but would have to remove the dash to search for the electrical problem but that would be a separate fee. Customer declined and said he would take the vehicle as is. Unfortunately, we couldn't include the electrical problem to the warranty since that was unrelated to repairs made.Initial Complaint

I MADE A ***** ORDER OVER THE INTERNET.I WAS LOOKING FOR A FRONT AXLE FOR MY DODGE **** 1500RAM TRUCK.I GAVE THEM MY VIN# AND THE CORRECT AXLE RATIO OF ****. THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE IT AND I HAD TO PAY THE WHOLE AMOUNT OVER THE ***** WITH MY CREDIT CARD WHICH I DID. THEN I DROVE 90 MILES TO THEIR PLACE TO GET MY ORDER. THEY GAVE ME THE CORRECT RECEIPT WHICH FIT MY TRUCK **** AXLE RATIO. WHEN I LEFT AND WENT HOME MY MECHANIC TOLD ME THAT THAT WAS THE WRONG AXLE AND THE NUMBERS ON TOP SAID **** WHICH MEANS THAT WAS FOR DIFFERENT CAR NOT MINE. THE NEXT DAY I DROVE BACK AGAIN 90 MILES ,AND RETURNED THEIR ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY. THEY GAVE ME ONLY A RETURNED RECEIPT , BUT THEY NEVER REVERSED THE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD. I FEEL THEY USED BAIT AND SWITCH TECHNNIKES TO STEAL MY MONEY. THIS COMPANY IS VERY DISHONEST AND IS ENGAGED IN FRAUDULANT SALES AND TRANSACTIONS. THE PUBLIC SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THOSE THIEVESBusiness response

******************* did indeed purchase a front carrier assembly November 2nd, he was advised at time of purchase it was not an exact match to his vehicle (it clearly shows the ratio on the assemble, proof of picture he submitted) but he accepted it with the understanding we would replace it if it was not what he needed. When he returned the item, we advised him the store credit was available for the replacement. It is store policy STORE CREDIT ONLY. We're sorry ******************* feels he had a poor experience with our company. We always thrive to create a happy customer experience and hope he can give us an opportunity to change his mind. As i mentioned STORE CREDIT is still available to ******************** it does not expire and not limited to only this particular replacement part.
