    On August 2022, the business HFM Landscape and Irrigation Service quoted me $500 dollars for sod replacement of my front yard. Payment was rendered to the vendor November 1, 2022. With payment the vendor advised that they would treatment the weeds and begin uprooting the died and old grass. Weeks past and no service was started. After mulitple phone calls and text to the owner ***, I was finally was able to speak to the owner *** on Dec 29, 2022, who advise he was under the impression that service was completed. I advised that nothing had been done and would like service to start asap. Service did not begin until Jan 5, 2023. At that time, the old grass as uprooted. Again several weeks passed and I continously called and text the owner to provide status of sod placement with without any response. On Jan 16, worker begin to place sod, which was already dying and only partial completed the yard. In the process of them providing the service, the irrigation system has been damaged causing a water bill of over $500 dollars. Additionally, the *** has provided me with several citations due to died grass and incomplete sodding. My hope is that HFM Landscape and Irrigation Service would replace the dying sod with healthy sod, fully complete the sod replacement and fix the damaged Irrigation system. It would be much appreciated if financial reimbursement to be provided for *** fee accured

    September 2022, I contracted with ***************** to do some outdoor lighting. He was friendly and chatty, claimed he loved lighting and would do a good job and give me a good price. During the year, he has scheduled days and times to do the work but he was either late or did not show. It is a year later and he did not finish the job. I have been understanding and asked him to reschedule and communicate. The last I heard from him and promises made was April 2023. I am a widow and senior citizen and I was let down. The front lights are pretty but the lanai and surrounding area was left a mess and the lights are not working. On the lanai, next to the house, the grout was removed for the led wiring. and had yet to be replaced. Sept 16th he said he would come by and finish up and he wanted to show his girlfriend my lights and meet me. He adjusted the wiring and the lights worked. However the re grouting had not been done and the wiring outside was not hidden. He asked for my final payment saying that I should know I could trust him and he would finish and I would be happy so I paid him.Since then after multiple messages, there have been few responses and multiple no shows.Nov 15th the regrout was done and he replaced a temporary light fixture but he left a mess. The lights again stopped working. The surrounding tile had not been cleaned properly, the grout was uneven and there was a mess up the exterior wall. The months went by and I sent multiple reminders. April 18th, he returned and he got the back lights working. He said he would return and fix everything but next day the back lights again stopped working. I have not heard from him since April. So I am left with a grout line mess, outdoor landscape lighting on the lanai that doesnt work, LED wires outside the lanai that are not buried and protected as well as LED wires at the front of the house that also are not hidden. I could not be more disappointed.
