This is one of the most bogus companies I have ever done business with. They came out and looked at my lawn and told me that they could make it look thicker and greener. What I have now is a brown dead and weed infested mess and even in many cases areas that are down to the dirt. They hook you with a low monthly cost and in my opinion they are just applying water and no chemicals or fertilizers to your lawn on a monthly basis. I tried several times to cancel the service and every time a left a message, nobody ever called me back. They charged me for 2 addition months that I did not pay for, so they finally stopped coming. Now they are chasing me down for $106.00 for two months of service that I didn't want. I made it clear to them if they didn't stop dunning me for the money that I would file a lawsuit for the replacement of my now brown and dead lawn. Don't use this company, they are a total ripoff.Review from Pamela D

Not sure what I am paying for on a monthly basis for my lawn. Half of my lawn has dollar weeds and other weeds! And when you address the issue with the office they try to prove you wrong by saying according to their records they are addressing the weeds. If that was the case 1/2 my lawn would not be weeds. They ruined my grass, and my neighbors we all stay side by side also have tech on cameras had to have sod replaced they never sent an manager out to see now me, and my neighbors have worms all over grass also driveways and its dying have pictures of all this place has no care for customers, I feel let down due to we trusted this company they failed us an 100% please dont trust this company and the ones in office are really rudeReview from Michael J

This place has absolutely no care in the world for you, or your property. I informed them when I started services that I need a call ahead as I have pets and I do not want them let loose nor do I want them our when the lawn was sprayed. The first month they failed to show up after they called me for the call-ahead and had to come out the following day. The second month Plant it Earth not only FAILED to notify me they were coming, they actually left my yard gates open and my dogs escaped. I would never trust them to return and nobody should hire this company as they can't even take the few minutes to ensure you and your animals are safe.

We are truly sorry Mr ******** feels this way however we feel his frustration. Mr ********'s dog got out and his concern was that we left the gate open. While we make every effort to insure all gates are closed mistakes can happen. We do apologize that this happened and are glad everything worked out well with regards to his pet. Kris and the Tech immediately called to apologize again . We are a very pet friendly company and make every effort to insure everyone's safety as well as our beloved pets. We would love to give Mr ******** a free service for his inconvenience.
