The deal was signed and the loan was closed on end of February 2021 though the home wasn't on the lot we started paying mortgage. I the buyer was forced to take off work and obtain the C.O,O myself and pay fees and moved in November 6th. In July I was verbally assaulted by there employee because poor workmanship caused water damage. Again with my own expense I installed storm doors to stop the damage. To this day the repairs have not been completed. For months I argued to have the septic installed in front of the property, told no repeatedly and was forced to spend $5000 on tree removal then told to remove trees that were needed for closing (no one would actually come to the property and tree was needed for tree inspection) After being forced in delay the septic was installed in front as it was no issue and preferred by the installer.,. So fast forward, I'm long past my 90 day, missing windows that were part of the contract, a master shower that doesn't drain, bowed walls, creaking floors, walls bleeding from incomplete paint, water damage still at front and rear door. I've contacted two lawyers but don't have the funds to pursue legal action. We have damaged appliances that were done from poor install and the dealer or builder won't replace. Once again I had to fix the issue myself. I have hundreds of emails and documents that could be provided. I feel jacobson plant city owes me the $5000 I was forced to do short notice lot clearing, 8 months of mortgage I was forced to pay due to there delays, $600 for the storm doors, then windows I'm still owed (though I don't feel the install would be done properly by there contractor) and all the repairs to be done on the home. I would also request non damaged appliances or credit me back the funds to fix them. Lastly is compensation for the assault and mileage to and from property.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/11) */ We have nothing to do with loan, exterior, or contract issues. We will perform our obligations on the warranty of the home and home only. Jacobson plant city has everything to do with the home, exterior concerns, and loan. The loan was done through your on site loan officer, exterior concerns from your office staff. I have been notified that the windows will be installed. Everything is still pending. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/05/16) */ The tech picked up work order this week. The tech will call and schedule in the next two weeks.
