On June 9th, 2022 Quality Septic came to my home to pump out my septic tank. Later that evening, I discovered that they have driven off the edge of my driveway causing damage as they left. I call their office on June 10th and was provided with an email address to forward photos of the damage. I also provided them video evidence from my security cameras that showed their truck causing the damage. The driver had to have known that he had damaged my driveway and he made no effort to inform me. Around 6:00PM on the June 10th Marcus from Quality Septic came to my house to advise me that "he was sorry" and that they were going to pay for the damage. For over a week they told me that they could not find anyone to provide a quote to repair the damage. I had no problem contacting several companies and I gave them the contact information of the lowest bidder. A few days later Joe with Flatline Concrete contacted me to informed me that he would be coming out to meet with myself and Marcus from Quality Septic to discuss the work that needed to be done. During that meeting, Marcus agreed to his price and he also agreed to provide Flatline Concrete with a post dated check. This never happened. Joe was supposed to start the job on July 18th . On July 13th I received a text from Marcus advising me that the owner of Quality Septic would be coming to inspect the damage. Since receiving that text from Marcus, I have not been given any straight answer regarding their intentions. The bottom line is, they damaged my property almost six weeks ago and I still have no clear answer as to what they plan to do about it.
