***** installed ************** for us but failed to complete the work on one even though it was completely paid. The irrigation well was left inoperable and unfinished. Now our submersible pump is out and it should be covered under warranty and ********** water is the one who has to file the claim. I cant. *** tried numerous times to reach them with no response since Jan of 2022. You can see how much I paid in the two receipts its over $7000.Initial Complaint

I purchased a system from Shane with Fitzgerald's water at the end of December. By the beginning of January it wasn't working properly. He told me when I bought the system that he prides himself on his customer service. After several weeks of delay ( out of town, then sick) he came out and tried to fix the problems several times. The system never became fully functional. My water still smells awful. I made several attempts to give him the opportunity to make things right but he eventually stopped returning my calls or text. Now I'm out $4,000 with a system that doesn't work, and no way to afford to fix this. My family and I are really disappointed because clean water is really important to us.Business response

I almost didn't respond but since this is our only complaint I decided too. This is Julie H. Co owner and let me be clear non of our units are 4,000.00 so that is the first untruth. The other is my husband checked until several tomes and it was working fine. When she became ugly and rude my husband told her he would not be back. We do pride our self with customer service. We have been a small business over for over 17 years. The unit she purchased was working fine. It was to take out iron. Shane did adress the problem but when she was rude and very ugly he told her he did not have to respond. Respect is everything and her unit was working fine and my husband had covid and went right over after his quarantine was over.
