Hello BBB team, this order wasnt purchased from our company. We do not sell ***** powders. Also, we have a minimum order amount of $200, so theres no way wed process this order for $190. The screenshots provided are no proof; nothing shows there that the purchase was made from our company. This is a false claim. We urge you to ask the complainant to provide more proof and double-check precisely what company they sent the money to. And also to provide complete documentation showing the exact order he placed receipt with our company name. ThanksCustomer response

Hello, please kindly provide valide proofs that you placed an order with Ammo Gun Shop. All the proofs you provided are circumstantial evidence just a random order confirmation. Provide the email with Ammo Gun Shop letter head. If you do not provide real valid proof that this order was from our company we shall file a complaint and law suit against you. Not just on BBB because this is a defamation and fraud complaint, you didnt place the order from us, and you have no proof of that whatever you received must had a letter from the company, provide all screenshots showing the company email as well our email is ******************************* is this the same company email that emailed you ? Please double and state your facts right you got scammed by some other company stop this nonsense.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I have the receipt that I sent $190.00 to where they told me to send it. If you go to gunammo store you will see where they sell TrailBoss powder and nothing says $200.00 minimum order. I sent them payment and got nothing not even a response to emails.

I found a very good deal on Small Rifle Primers for $149 for **** and they were supposedly in stock. I was instructed to send payment through PayPal friends and family. I immediately received an email that my payment was placed on hold and to send another payment through Venmo. I contacted PayPal and they confirmed payment has been received. It has now been 30 days and I know I was scammed.Business response

This client got the wrong company. The order wasnt from Ammo Gun Shop. And we dont sell primers its not even listed on our website and has never been, only records we got off *************************** is BBB reports in our database, no order id, nothing. We kindly ask *************** to provide a full order confirmation and receipt of order from Ammo Gun Shop with our letter and proof of communications from us via emails and phone.Initial Complaint

I have ordered and paid for shotgun slugs and rim fire ammo for this fall, deer and small game. The order #**** includes 65 Hornady sabot slugs and 200 rounds of 22 magnum ammo. The order was placed on Sept. 12th in the amount of $207.86 and paid for with PayPal. There has been no communication from them since and will not respond to phone, texts, or emails. Id like at least $50.00 for my horrendous inconvenience, preferably my ammo would be better though. This was supposed to ship *********** or Express. As I have said ,I hear nothing. I ordered a ***** Axe **** shotgun from a site called ammogunshop.com on July 5, 2022. They requested payment by Apple Pay or Zelle, neither of which I have, so they requested a Bank Wire for payment. I wired $799.00 on Tuesday July 5, 2022, and received confirmation of the order. After much delay, I was emailed that the product was shipped on July 13 and due for delivery on July 15. The telephone numbers on the company website have been discontinued and even the cell phone they texted me from is discontinued. I have tried repeatedly to have my product delivered without success and with little communication that simply avoids any solution to the problem.Initial Complaint
