In the month of june/july I reached out to the owner of the company wanting services from her for facial and microblading. Payment was done through a 3rd party for financial services as well to get there service I was trying to obtain. When I reached out multiple times to the owner she kept rescheduling me and the services. After speaking with my doctor they stated that I should not receive the services due to being a beta blockers and feels in would be unsafe. *** reached out to the 3rd party Cherry and they have advised me how to move further and have contacted the owner and she is still not responding to me or the 3rd party at this point. My health comes first and if my doctor ****** this would not be good for me then I will follow through. I have wrote the owner on multiple occasion's stating that the 3rd party would like to move further with canceling my contract but she refuses to respond to me or the company and give them back the refund so I can be refunded and have the contract canceled. I am at the point where I do not know what to do because after this she is hurting my pockets and my credit because she chooses not to move further or respond.Business response

*************************** was aware of our no refund policy. She decided to not go through with the procedure after rescheduling the appointment on 4 different occasions. She submitted her payment in August through a third party financing company, and would never show up to her scheduled appointments. She asked for a refund in October. At this point, the funds were no longer available, and once again, there was always a no refund policy in place.

I am rejecting this response because per the third party they have reached out on different occasions to move forward with canceling the contract and getting the refund from the business its self.
The owner has not responded and has ignored the third party Cherry for this.
