I have on 3 speparete occasions emailed this company letting them know with dates and tracking nunbers that their equipment had been returned. It was signed for 4/11 I have also emailed the HR department twice in regards to when I would be refunded for my equipment deposit with 0 responseCustomer response

Hi, an email representative was very rude to me. I sent her an email on two different occasions about an important matter and she simply ignored each email. Proof of her ignoring me was when I had a friend of mine email her, and she responded quickly and even sent t=my friend a second message to confirm she was ignoring me on purpose. Ma. *********************** was this persons name in the email. I have never seen such rudeness from a representative of any company to intentionally ignore a person for no good or fair reason. I did not send anything disrespectful to this person and asked two simple questionsInitial Complaint

When I started working for Everise I paid an equipment deposit. I returned their equipment and I had till the 20th to drop it off I dropped it off in the 20th and theyre sent me to collections and said I forfeited my deposit because I went to collections after I returned my equipment! I want my refund for the equinox deposit back! Theyre fr aiding me my money I did what I was supposed to do!
