            Hello there, my name is *******************. Precisely 2 days ago, on July 13th, 2024, I went to Royalton Motors to purchase/finance a vehicle. After a couple of hours, around noon, I walked out with a 2014 Cadillac ATS, having put down a partial down payment of $2000. All I did was drive home. The car stalled on me, overheated, and had an oil leak immediately. Again, all I did was drive home. I have witnesses. Upon immediately returning the vehicle and not waiting any time whatsoever, Royalton Motors refused to give me back my $2000 right away. Today, I called them right when they opened, and two more times after that. Both **** and *****, the managers, refused to even speak to me, and I was hung up on each time. I promised myself and my family that if they do not pay me back today, legal action will be certainly taken. Deep down, I know these guys know that what they sold me was a junk car, and to their surprise, it was busted right away. Thank God I caught it. *********************** was the salesman, and all he had to say was dont involve me in this mess. At this point, it is 9pm, and I havent received any refund or any contact. Legal action will now be taken.

            recently I went to Royalton Motors on Plantation and I was assisted by the phone by ************ and my sales representative was ****** he explained to me detail by detailed I couldn't expect less I did see the reviews it was a little concerns for me however I still went ahead and took a risk and I would say I'll give it 10 out of 10 if I could give *********************************************************************************************** a little bit problem I called them they drove to my house with a brand new battery they started my car and ever since then it's been 6 months since I purchased my vehicle and I just love it I know the consumer sees the reviews and they could be a little bit concerned but I would recommend you to get your own experience do not go by what you read sometimes everything you read is not the truth however I took my chance and I love my car and I'm glad I did take that chance.
