      Synopsis: They charged my $1200 for "medicine" they did not use during the extraction.

      Please note every statement made by the complainant is false and fully fabricated.

      I, ******* spoke with the member on multiple occasions regarding this complaint.

       

      the member paid for alveo and surgifoam which are clearly present in the treatment plan submitted and signed by the member.

      pt was fully aware of procedures and charges and even paid for the services she received.

      members intent is to defraud the practice by receiving services then filing chargebacks with care credit causing them reach out to us in which all documentation they requested was submitted and they ruled in the favor of the practice.

      members complaint was out of sole retaliation due to care credit denying the members dispute.

      I brought my mother there to have a removable piece done for her mouth, after putting a deposit down for $250 and several visits and calls, for a job that was supposed to take 3 months to be done; 6 months after nobody knew where the piece was, they would pass the ball from one to another and no real answer was ever given. The staff is not very helpful, they just stand there looking at each other telling us nothing. It was the same scenario every time. At the end we decided to cancel and requested a refund, which we never got. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there, it is frustrating and the service is horrible and unprofessional, is like a bunch of zombies. There are plenty of good dental offices in Broward, do your research before visiting. If I had read all of these feedback before hand perhaps I could have made a more educated decision choosing a provider for such an important task

      I went to my dentist appointment last year around November and they did my exam for my teeth. I sat there for 2 hours before I was serviced . Then when I was called to the back it took them 1 hour to do my exam . On the other hand , today I went my dentist appointment which was scheduled for 9am and I previously spoke with ******* to verify my insurance. We decided to use ******** instead of my Aetna because of the pricing . When I got there I had to fill out my registration paper for the third time . She told me because some wasted water on my file and they had to get rid of it . But when it came to paper work and coverage they say they couldnt do ******** they can do the Aetna which was more . I advised them ti contact ******* in regards to my plan we came up with . They refused they told me I wouldnt be covered with ******** and I told them I went over it with ******* it should have it there . The girl forced me to sign the Aetna plan to get tooth removed . She said that is the only way I will be getting my tooth removed. I advised her I dont have the funds to pay out of pocket for Aetna plan . She said okay we will fix it when ******* comes on Tuesday.

      Please note the patient came from another of our locations with a treatment plan in hand. We honored the treatment plan with the patients ******** benefits (after non coered services it was MORE out of pocket for the member).

      the patient opted to want to use their aetna benefits through the employer to save out of pocket.

      the occurance of events portrayed by the customer are completely false as I, ******* dealt with this member.

      I am rejecting this response because: I never came with a coverage or procedure plan . I came to them in December they told me what needed to be done. I then came back and told them I need the procedure to be done . I verbal spoke with a ********* about my Aetna and ******** she then looked into the plans and what was covered . She advised it was best to use ******** . She scheduled me for a Saturday appointment. I came in Saturday to get the procedure done . They then told me she was not available that day and they can not find the documents staying the coverage . Then they forced to sign for ***** because that was the only way for me to be seen that day . I dont have Aetna with my job . This response is a complete lie that they are saying

      When I came to the office in January for the oral exam on my mouth, I had to fill out patient info. When I called in, they had my previous records on what needed to be done. I then called in to get a procedure set up date with **************;where she went through the plan options available, when i got there Saturday they made me fill out patient info again. The receptionist stated the document had been damaged or lost.

      please note the member acknowledged all non covered services PRIOR to services being rendered. she received the services and made the payment in agreement with the non covered services. If there was any discrepeny to the patient she would not have agreed to the treatment plan AND had the services rendered.

      Unfortunately as it was already performed there is no billing adjustment applicable.

      please clarify where you are reaching out as there is and has never been any ******** employed by us.
