I was paying this company for a consolidation in which they were suppose to have made the payments to the credit card companies, I found out they had never even made any payments but kept the money I paid them for it, I was charged a lot for the late fees and the debit solution folks kept telling me that they were paying them and even wanted more money said that continental refused the offer of 33 and I later found out that debit solution didn't even agree with them, when continental agreed to the 33 and never even went back to negotiate with themBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because:
They are refusing to understand that fortivia and continental are 2 different creditors, fortivia got their payment, continental did not and they said they had agreed with 33 but the consolidation would not accept, I will be getting a letter from continental in 7 to 10 days proving they never got the payments and yes I am and have been paying both 22 and 33 , I will share the letter as soon as I get it, thank you

Complaint: 19989935 I guess all we have is their word against continenintal , I see they are going to win no matter what, this is never for the consumers cause people like that will win even if you prove them wrong, but I can tell you I will never use them again, nor recommend
