      Very please with the process of making our final arrangements. It was explained so well and no hard sell pitches. Very thoughtful and knowing that our children will not have to make any decisions as everything is all taking care of. All your love one has to do is call the number on the card given them and everything is taking care of. I would highly recommend this company..

      My mother passed on 12/09/2023. We did not receive her urn until 02/21/2024! And numerous emails and calls with no response & or call backs. The only efficient acts was the collection of my ************ mothers body. Everything after that was a ****** in frustration. Im still waiting for my promised pitiful refund.

      3 weeks ago, Neptune posted on there website that my husband passed away. Because of THERE mistake, he lost his pension, life insurance, medical. BY THE WAY, I, HIS WIFE WAS BEING INVESTIATED BY THE STATE OF ILLINOIS FOR *****!!! BECAUSE OF THERE MISTAKE, WE HAVE BEEN THROUGH HELL TO PROVE HE IS STLL ALIVE!!!! JUST, we're sorry is NOT ENOUGH!!! They should be paying us for LOST WAGES!!!

      My son died in April 2019 and I have still not received my sons remains despite over 20 requests and numerous reassurances from the ********* ** location. Thats 3.5 years of being lied to. DO NOT do business with this company.

      My mother passed away July 20. We completed all paperwork and gave our VISA card for her sea scattering service. We also ordered a gazing ball with her ashes. We were charged for all this on August 18, 2021. It took until November 3 for my Mom to be buried at sea. When I would call, I rarely received a call back. I did not understand why her burial took so long. I was told that the gazing ball we ordered was "no longer available". When told this, we asked for a VISA credit for $498 which was the charge of the item. We have still not received a credit, which is illegal, despite numerous calls and emails. The manager of the branch has never given us answers that make any sense as to why my Mom's burial took so long. There have been various vague excuses. My calls and emails to her go unanswered. On top of profound grief for my Mom, her body and her burial have been treated with complete disrespect, and in addition, we are owed almost $500 that has not been recovered. Our next step will have to be to contact other local consumer watch groups. We are sad, exhausted and angry. PLEASE HELP US REMEDY THIS. THANK YOU.

It is our understanding that our Regional Manager did reach out to you to extend an apology, take the full blame for the poor experience, and to provide a remedy to your concerns. We are aware that he did honor the refund that was owed and a solution. We are very sorry that this happened. Please understand that we listen to all criticism and take steps to ensure this doesn't happen again. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
