just now NEW I had a 4pm appointment at this place.After the doctor check me. She everything looks good. Doctor mentioned I may need to replace my filling but it looks ok. She ask me what am I here for. I told her for my 6 month cleaning. She ok. She left walked away.They left sitting in the chair for like ten minutes. Then a tech comes tells me to come to the front to discuss my treatment plan. A tech continues to tell me that I have re do a filling and clean my teeth and that I need to pay $160. I ask why do I have to pay for my cleaning? I come every 6 months. I dont pay for cleaning. I proceeded to tell the gentleman that I refuse to pay. I been coming here for years I come every six months for my cleaning. Why do I have to pay. I mention I will not pay to cancel my appointment and that I will call my insurance and mentioned to them they wanted to charge me for the cleaning when I never paid. So I left but came back for a copy of what they wanted to charge me. I told them can I get a copy.I was upset because I felt I was being scammed. All the years I been coming there I never paid its been cover through my insurance. I come every six religiously. No one can tell me why they were charging me so I proceeded to ask for my copy then the office manager got involved and tells me when Im being hostile. I said Im not being hostile I just dont understand why I have to pay for my cleaning. She mentioned this is what the doctor recommend it Im like OK its fine. Why do I have to pay so then I proceeded to tell her why is she getting rude with me? She then mentions to me that if I come at her, shes gonna come at me now were talking about an office manager her name is **************************The thing is, I never came at her my confusion was why do I have to pay for my cleaning when Ive never have I been going every six months religiously for like seven years in this office manager, ************************* tells me to go brush my teeth!!! This is the face of this dentist. Fire her.

02/01/2023 NEED MY MONEY BACK.Since May of 2022 I visited the dental office, I needed some dentures, a filling, and an extraction.The extraction was done.The dental person (doctor or assistant) made the molds, TWICE!There were a couple of intents to try the temporary/permanent work, to no avail, nothing worked, maybe they belonged to someone else.Many weeks and months passed, after several phone calls, going to the office to inquire, one day, finally I was able to get an appointment I go, *** 2023. When I get there, the desk person tells me, I have no appointment. I reluctantly I did not leave, she finds my file amongst dozens of files ON THE ****** and confirms that yes, I have an appointment, I go in, a new doctor sees me, and he conveys to me that the work in front of him is useless. 8 months after the first visit, and I believe it was the same sample they tried on the very first time.I filed a complaint to the ***************** and the answer given by the dental office was that I didn't go to the appointments.I paid in advance $1,200 and want my money back. The Dental office argues that it is last year's money and they will not give it back. Up to today, they don't have any work to offer and for sure, I don't want to go there anymore.

2/16/2022 What unfortunate was that I did not review that dental location prior to go there on 2/2/2022! I wasted huge time going there and wait for them to follow up with me. Yes they made me wait and later after examining me they told me that i should wait for the insurance company to respond/approve 2 to 3 weeks. I called them after one week and they kept me placing on hold and tell me that they are busy. I decided to report them to Humana and Liberty and look for some one else. Also the location is not the best. They are located in a mall where either Uber or Lyft driver could not find me. I won't recommend that dental clinic to my best friends.
