My first visit to this dental office was because I was told I needed to do a root canal, which is under a permanent bridge.Dr. ******* ****** said he will have to saw off the bridge to do the root canal, I told him I had done one before and they went through the bridge, and I don't think it was necessary because that would have been the third bridge in just a few years that would be changed. but no, he was all about the big bucks and did not care about what happened down the road.They forced me to take out credit because the cost was over $7000.00.The bridge came off about 2 weeks later, and he said the cement was not good, so he will use one that's much better. Well last week Friday while eating a Taco the bridge came off again, I went back to his office and I was told I would need to pay $62.00 for X-Rays because my insurance will not cover the kind of X-Rays he needs, which I'm disputing with my bank, because I should not have to pay a dime for a lousy job he did after paying over $7K. In the end he said I will need to do implants because the front teeth are worn down and cannot hold the bridge anymore, and he gave me a letter to sign saying I have 30 days to make up my mind, or don't come back to his office.He refuses to put permanent cement on the bridge and would only put temporary after I sign not before, so I had no choice but to sign so I could get out of his office fast, since I knew he would not see me again. I asked for my X-Ray and my full records of all my 5 visits to his office regarding the bridge, and I got the X-Rays that has no dates, and still waiting on the reports, I guess they have to doctor them up before sending them.Both him and is Staffs are VERY RUDE and have attitudes because they don't want you to say anything to them. And because I told her the office is always empty and never has anyone in it when I stop in, she got mad and hang up the phone.I would never recommend anyone to this office not even if it's for free!!!

Generally, if a patient has not attended routine care appointments following prosthetic work, issues may arise that could have been identified and addressed earlier.
