Cancelled my policy with a Flat Rate cancellation but was sent another cancellation for a Pro Rata Cancellation.I was left waiting until February 24th after not receiving my new home insurance policy on Jan. 2024.I did not receive a call or email about my new home insurance policy.Even after Cancelling with a Flat rate cancellation I am still being Prorated for those days of not receiving or being able to take any action on my policy because I was told by my account manager from Smart Home Choices that Progressive was not able to making any changes to my Home Insurance Policy because they were in process of moving to LoggerHead.Business response

This is the wrong Progressive. We are not affiliated with the company in this complaint and have no clue who they are sorry
