      I purchased two twin mattresses from Ghostbed. I chatted with their representative before ordering and was told that 101 night cover both mattresses.However, when I tried to return both mattresses, Ghostbed made the process very difficult and almost impossible. Finally, after I firmly and repeatedly insisted that I would like to return the mattresses. The Ghostbed representative told me I can only return 1 mattress. In addition, the email claimed that I needed to return the promotional items or else they would deduct my refund. I would be happily returned the useless promotional items but Ghostbed didn't bother to provide instructions for how to return the promotional items.Ghostbed definitely is one of the worst online mattress companies that I ever had dealt with. Most mattress companies honor their guarantee and are helpful to their consumers but not Ghostbed.

      DO NOT BUY A GHOSTBED. The reviews are true; read all of them seriously and do not buy a mattress from this fake company. The 101 night trial is a lie- they will force you to find a charity to take your mattress (a mattress you wont like because its not good quality). They dont do any of the work to find the charity for you! Then, when youre unable to find one (few places accept mattresses anymore), you dont get your money back. The worst part is they ignore you and gaslight you to make you feel as if youve done something wrong! When you call to speak to the person youre working with for your refund, they will say that person is in a meeting or theyre busy or theyll get back to you. They do not get back to you. One person works the phones at a time to prevent you from reaching your person so even at 8 PM on a Friday, theyll say the person is in a meeting . ********************* the mattresses, ******* is in the department called retention, which is designed to drive you crazy and make you feel like youre wrong for wanting to give up your mattress. She will find every way to make you keep it (even offer you a foam topper or exchange) and then someone else then takes it from there to drive you further crazy. This company plants like a parasite into your brain to drive you crazy and will then avoid you until you basically want to give up. Dont give up, their mattresses are too expensive and this is unjust. Contact the Better Business Bureau, contact your credit card company, and buy from somewhere else. I have a lame GhostBed mattress thats taking up space in my house and I have nowhere to put it. GhostBed will ghost you.

      FALSE ADVERTISING. The worst costumer service, the worst service period. They continuously call you over and over trying to persuade you into buying a mattress from them since they are a "family business", promising "ships within 24 hours", only to completely ignore you when your shipment has yet to ship out. No one answers, no one is available to chat. I placed my order July 26th with the promised "ships in 24 hours" to then be told that promise is only valid Mon - Fri. I contact Monday July 29th to be told "there was an unexpected delay per ***** and will ship out hopefully the next day". Next day, nothing, I contact them again to be told "maybe it will ship out by the end of this week". I was told I can't cancel the order because it's in the "shipment process" because they simply only printed the label for the box. I'm outraged. Very Poorly ran company and I regret not reading their BBB reviews before I fell for the scams.

      We have a ghost bed mattress and base . We ordered the headboard brackets and I will say they are awful and expensive *****. I spent hours trying to get them set and the metal is so weak they flexed with the weight of the headboard. The main support goes under the legs so there is a lot of movement . The return process is terrible. I had to pay 15 dollars to ship them back. They received them 6/27 and its 7/12 and I have not gotten a refund. When I called to ask when I would get a refund they said 15 business days!? I questioned the length of time and there was only this is our policy It seems deliberate that the money is held without refund for such a long time.Its very disappointing and if this is how they act with the brackets, I would not buy a bed from them again.

      Horrible Company! I made a mistake in my order and immediately tried to cancel. When I finally received a response I was told b/c of the fast processing and shipping I was unable to. I spent $1400 I found the same exact mattress at ********** for $1049. Its 5 days later and my order still shows unshipped so why could it not be cancelled? This company is shady and definitely not for great customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go with another mattress company.

      Mis-Leading advertising I feel..This company is running a 50% off all items for Memorial Day 2024. I have been RV mattress shopping for several months, and have been up to date on pricing. The holiday pricing is exactly the same pricing for both suggested retail, and 50% off price as it was 2 months ago. When questioned about this via their chat, up-sells of of 2 free Ghost pillows, provided you purchase $1,000.00 or more of merchandise, were offered, (ignoring my question of current sale pricing) when pushed further, they stated that marketing has chosen this sale price for this event. When searching on Amazon months ago, I found a better deal with other discounts by an unknown seller, a not ships/sells by Amazon seller, but when asked about this pricing, and warranty, I was told that the lower pricing via the Amazon seller may be due to higher volume sales therefore leading to a lower price. The warranty would not be held up by Ghostbed as a company, particularly the 101 night trial, and I needed to consult the seller on the warranty. The sellers' warranty on Amazon simply refers you to Ghostbed for all warranty concerns. It's unfortunate, this product may be a viable product, but it would appear it's just another inflated product, with mis-leading marketing to push sales.

      Thank you for reaching out to our GhostBed team.  Without additional details, I can provide you the following information.  The retail valve of our GhostBed All Foam ************** mattress is $1495.  With our current Memorial Day 50% off sale, the sale price is $748.  We run sales every month or so, with most being around holidays.  We do not control the prices offered by our vendors, as they price their items as they feel appropriate.

      I purchased a Matrix 3D in 2022 and returned it because it was way too soft. I went back in March 2024 to shop for a mattress. The customer service representative I chatted with online asked me a few questions about comfort and how I sleep. I answered her question and I told her I was a customer in the past and had the Matrix 3D and it was way too soft. She recommended the Legend mattress. I asked if I could return the Legend if I don't like it because I purchased it in 2022. She stated yes we will accept your return, now I have the ******** Rally and they won't return it within the time frame of 83 days as of today., due to a return in 2022 even though I was told online chat I could. If this is such a strict policy why wasn't I told this before the purchase even when I asked about the return I had in 2022 Oh, I still have not received my free queen ***** set.

      The terms of our 101 Night Sleep trial are listed online.  When chatting with the customer service agent, the customer did not mention they had  previously returned their mattress.  The agent was answering questions as they were asked. 

      Again, our policy states 1 Return per an address.

      Ordered a set of sheets 5 months ago. Keep getting the it will be there soon run around. I finally cancelled the order. Its been 2 weeks and still no refund. Their silk pillow cases do not reduce hair frizz or face wrinkles. No different than any of my pillow cases. Disappointed for sure.

      Our experience with GhostBed has significantly fallen short of expectations. Initially, we reached out to GhostBed in January to initiate a return for our mattress, diligently adhering to their return process via ShareTown and forwarding the receipt from ShareTown to GhostBed's customer service. After a prolonged wait, it wasn't until February that we received communication from them, promising a refund within the next 15 days. However, the promised refund period lapsed without any reimbursement. Attempts to follow up through three emails and four phone calls were met with silence, as none were acknowledged or responded to. Consequently, we were compelled to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and initiate a chargeback through our credit card issuer. As of April, the dispute remains unresolved. Based on this experience, I would advise caution and recommend against making purchases from this company, especially since this appears to be a recurring issue for many other customers as well.

      GhostBed's refund policy is up to 15 business days, as outlined to the customer.  The customer was informed of this, and still filed a dispute with their bank prior to the 15 business days.  Once a dispute is filed, we are not able to issue a refund until after the banks have reached a resolution. 

      At this time, GhostBed is not able to proceed forward with a refund, due to the dispute.
