            So I had a house fire and was looking for a bed. Thank god I will not buy anything online without great reviews and BBB accredited, she promised me they were bbb accredited. Don’t ever take their word, it was impossible to find and I instantly knew. Must be something up! Here’s our convo and after confirming this was them BY AGENT that this is the company ******** and ripping people off terribly! I also let her know you could just be honest and make good product. She ended the conversation instantly and was very very upset! Don’t let them **** you and never trust what people online say mostly everywhere make sure it’s confirmed to be true! I had to ask 7 times to try to find them on bbb by the way. Me: I looked and it’s hard to find you guys are accredited on BBB though correct? Company is not coming up. -Agent ********: GhostBed Try Nature's Sleep Me; well I found one under that; not bbb accredited and nothing but 25 complaints and it pulls a different website Also me: Is this an LLC? (I asked her before twice) ********: Nature's Sleep LLC GhostBed is located in Plantation, Florida, United States. Werner Media Partners LLC We are a family-owned company. She began to say very inappropriate things & cursed which I won’t post on here which is why I say I saw the customer service. They take ur money and run! Run from them first Me: no reply, closed out tab. Lol. This person was highly upset once I said be an honest company with good customer service, good quality products and be honest and you’d probably make a lot more. Guys make sure to check even if they say they are accredited and be trusted never believe it online always double check to protect yourself and your money! I really dislike scammers. Glad I dodged this bullet and saw a glimpse of the terrible customer service once I called them out about the VERY RECENT reviews. Hope everyone else dodges them!
