      They called me asking me to upgrade from economy and they said if I didn't then there would be no refund or I could get charged more for a higher price to upgrade when I said no they said they would not refund my money. or else they could find a cheaper price for me to make a stopped flight. Then they charged me additional fees aft, ***** that s not informed about why the additional fees... The tickets that I got were not actual tickets and said my boarding pass would be "The day of" which in most cases is not when you are supposed to get it. I have been scammed and I want my refund back they are scamming me for a higher price than I was supposed to pay for. Then their address is not an actual company it's from a parking lot where apartments are...

      on 08/25/2024, I booked tickets from this web site for three passangers for 808 with unitd airlines, I found others too, but i thought this was a good price. after that I was content that I don't have to spend more time looking for deals, the next day after 12 hours or so I got a call from them inforing me that the two tickets returning were not confirmed and if I wanted confirmed flights I had to pay 300 extra, I asked to cancel and I was told there was going to be 150 cancelation fee per each ticket, I was stuck, then I was suggested to change the dates, from 08/30-09/02 to 08/31-09/03, which reluctantly did, he then charged me 799, but I found that I could get the same flights for 443 dollars cheaper, then he discounted **************************** 260 some dollars more than what I would have paid if I had gotten the same flights from respective airlines directly, I see that this is an on-going trend in all the complaints and they book ticket and then charge more saying that they wait-listed.

      I booked a flight at a discounted price. Then I receive a phone call that my return flight is not available and I have to pay extra to change it and also that Im not allowed any luggage even if I wanted to pay for it. The information about the luggage was not available while booking. They didnt want to cancel my booking. I had to pay extra and I overpaid for my flight. I had to waste two hours on the phone fighting with them no to charge almost three times of what I orginally booked.After reading reviews but it was already too late it seems like most customers have the same issue.       On 5/5/2024 i was online shopping for two plan ticket when i found one with Tarifasodeal for $636.20 leaving from ******* ********** i go a head and book the ticket a i receive a e-mail back from ************************* stated URGENT CALL BACK TRIP TO *** i did,n notice the e-mail until the Monday so i call ************************* he than stated that the ticket that i book was not available but there was one that was available flight 2323 with spirit airlines departing from *********** on Wednesday 7/24/2024 at 9.33 pm and the price for that will be $897.00 so i go a head and book it i ask for a Comfirmation number ************************* stated that he would send it to my e-mail 7/23/2024 t i contact Tarifasodeal by phone and ******************* answer the phone I Explain to him what happen he put me on hold for about 15/20/ minute then when he return he say the flight is cancel and he can get me a flight leaving out of ******* ********** on 7/24/2024 at 9.30 pm to ************* than to ******* than to ***************** for $1.295.00 and the $897 .00 from the previous could not be use they have to refund it back to my card so i would have to use a different card to book a new ticket so i could make it to ******** now each time i call they just giving me different excuse and excuse after excuse

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Tarifasodeal regarding false advertisement and deceptive practices related to a flight booking I made on July 12, 2024.I booked a flight through Tarifasodeal for the amount of $468.47. After completing the reservation, I received a call from the company informing me that my ticket was merely a "hold" and that I would need to pay an additional $300 to confirm my seat. This requirement was not specified anywhere in the confirmation email or on their website at the time of booking.When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested to cancel the booking, as the company was neither providing a seat nor a flight reservation number from EVA **** I was informed that the booking was non-refundable. This policy was also not made clear at the time of purchase.I believe this is a clear case of false advertisement and a deliberate attempt to deceive customers. The companys website is highly misleading, and their business practices are unethical. I am seeking a full refund of the $468.47 charged for a service that was not rendered as advertised.I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that Tarifasodeal ceases such deceptive practices in the future.       I purchased a ticket from this company. It was a non refundable flight. The restrictions listed were no refund and no choice of seat. Once booked they proceed to call me to "confirm" my flight. State they are only able to confirm if I pay 198$ additional to get an unrestricted ticket. They say I am unable to get an actual ticket because it's sold out unless I confirm the ticket and pay additional fees. They transfered me to a "supervisor" who said the same and that if I wanted a ticket i needed to pay more money and there was nothing they can do. They've been calling me for 2 days now and giving the same Information each time. They said it must have been a glitch that I wasn't shown all the restrictions at checkout-which include no carry on, possibility of a date and flight change, and possibility of no ticket at all. The last person I talked to said "well what will you do at the airport with no ticket?"

      I do see that I have not been charged yet, which is great. My concern: I was told by someone named "*****" that it was a soft charge on my card that had already been done and that it would be billed on the day of my flight. I asked her multiple times to cancel and she stated she was unable to cancel the reservation and that I would be charged on the day of the flight, but they could not guarantee a ticket. She even made the comment that I was going to lose my money and still not have a ticket if I didn't upgrade. As of now I do not see the charge but am hesitant to close my case until I'm sure the card won't be charged on the date of the flight. Thanks for your help!

      Not quite sure what TarifasoDeals tactics are but they *************** me and waisted my time. On or about 5/20/2024 I was searching for a flight. I found a flight through ***** for about ******. I then did another search just to check for a better deal and found what appeared, and turned out to be the same flight for about ****** (not exact) which was through a company called TarifasoDeal, so I booked it. I received a confirmation with very limited info so I ended up calling them to find out additional details. What I then found after the fact was that I was allowed only a personal item - no carry on, at least that is what I was told. I needed to take at least one carry on. So after arguing that *****'s website didn't even have that limited of an option, to play it safe I had to upgrade. I had no choice because I was told the flight was reserved and could not be canceled without a charge. I ended up paying an extra ****** for the flight. Yes they gave me a $75.00 voucher but it has to be used with the next flight I book through them and do I want to book another through them I ask? So not only was it more expensive but I waisted a fair amount of time talking to those folks. I see other similar complaints on the BBB website so I am not alone. I typically enjoy listening to other accents but not when I'm trying to figure out such a thing so all-in-all it was very frustrating and I would not suggest this company to anyone if you can avoid it.

My interest is to have a refund of the difference of what I was charged from tarifasodeal and what I could have gotten the exact same tickets for though Delta - Delta's charge would have been ****** compared to Tarifasodeals ****** (Initially advertised and sold at ******) The voucher covers part of it but it requires me to fly again and purchase through them.

      I am rejecting this response because: They failed to address their practice of false advertising that caused this issue in the first place. The time between this flight and my last is about 12 years. So now they give me 2 vouchers to be used only with them and there is a 6 month time period in which to use them, come on, really? The chance of me using those vouchers is slim to none. 

      As I stated earlier they initially sold me the flight for $209.31. I'll let that go to the wayside and accept a refund of the difference of what I was charged from tarifasodeal and what I could have gotten the exact same tickets for though Delta - Delta's charge would have been ****** compared to Tarifasodeals ******. So a refund of $100.00 cash or check would be fair. This is $25.00 less than the combined vouchers but as I stated above they are of no use to me.

      -05-31-24 WAS THE DATE OF THE TRANSACTION -The amount of money initially requested was $295 -The business was supposed to provide a ticket to *********** ** 06-20-24 from ****** ma -The business was supposed to provide return ticket from *********** ** 06-24-24 to Boston ma -The business has told me they already have my money it has not posted yet and I had to transfer my money out of the account and cancel the card -The business did not try to resolve the problem but they did call me 9 times from different numbers to upsell me and defraud me all from different phone numbers when it was the same person for 8 of the calls.The $295.00 ticket I purchased was a supposed to be straight forward there was no special status or discount special listed that said no luggage aloud. I was called 8 times by one woman from 8 different phone numbers to sell me on the fact that the ticket I had came with no option for carry-on or checking a bag and if I called American Airlines that they wouldnt allow me to either because this was a SPECIAL ticket (in other words, cannot travel with luggage!) unless I let them upgrade my ticket for an additional $300.00 more than double bringing my cost to $595.00. It made no sense. So I called American Airlines and they said if I purchased a ticket from any agency that I could add a bag for an additional fee of 40 per. The she told me if I changed my airport to as different airport which was an hour farther away and stayed an extra day and paid an extra $150 which would have brought my cost to $445.00 she could do it. She kept calling over and over till finally she said good luck getting your money back we have it now a****** I said if you give me a ticket at the agreed price ill do business then she gave me other absurd options and told me Id be on standby. This was the most aggressive chaotic conversation ever. I stood my ground, cancelled by business card, moved the funds out of the account and contacted ********************. Shut these guys down.

      This company makes its money by fooling people into believing they have the deal of the century and then calling them over and over and over again, hitting them with a bait and switch using fear tactics that they already have their money and that if they dont pay double the agreed amount that they will lose their initial payment then when the person reject all offers, they have the manager call back and say time is running out its now even more money so straight now before you lose your $300 well his offer to me was after I was already asked for an additional $300  to still keep my $300 that he could get me a plane ticket but now my initial $295 plane fee was going to cost me $716 so I told him no thank you call my bank had my car shut off transfer the money out of my account and completely screwed up my ability to pay bills because this company  is a sham. They should not be allowed to do business. They operate out of an apartment. Supposedly I looked at all the notes for the reviews online. Theres no way to confirm that they are even there and that this address is confirmed so for all, I know being that every single person I spoke to is Indian that they are operating out of *****, pretending to be a US base company.  This firm needs to be put out of business. Their operations need to be halted, and they have to be discontinued in every single way, shape and form. The only thing thats going to make me happy is that they stop advertising deals and go out of business. The people on the phone there broke the cardinal rule and she called me an a****** when I was upset because I wanted my money back and then responded with good luck. We have your money and hung up on me. One of the many times she called me .

      I am rejecting this response because: I told them clearly if they cant give me a flight for what they agreed on initially then they are a scam according to all of the reviews across-the-board, they are in fact 100% a scam, unless they can prove to me otherwise by giving me a flight for the agreed-upon price. Or they can go out of business and stop scamming people either way I consider it a victory. I would prefer they go out of business because I dont believe that theyre going to stop with me even if they do give me a good deal like they promised.

      On May 3, 2024, I made a reservation for plane tickets through this agency (Tarifasodeal) to travel to ******** ******, leaving ******* on June 21 and returning on June 29, everything was fine with these dates approved by the airline (Aeromexico) the cost would be $ ******* and I accepted, but then they sent me an email changing the dates or which I replied that I did not accept, and I contacted the agency by phone with a person named *******, and he confirmed that if I did not accept the changes the reservation would be canceled and they would return the amount to my debit card that I had used for payment, to date they have not returned the money and I contacted the airline to see what was happening, and indeed the tickets are canceled but it seems that they are not going to return the amount that I paid, that is why I ask for your Help so that the agency is responsible for returning the amount that I paid them. So far the agency only tells me to wait, since the refund would take up to a month. I think that is too long and I am also worried about what the airline told me. I hope for your help.

That they have not returned my money yet, and that he would review the problem and contact me, and to date he has not returned my call. I think that the obligation to return the total of my money is their responsibility, because I paid them and not the airline. I tell them that I investigated on my own with the airline to make sure that those tickets are canceled but when they check the cancellation does not appear only until I tell them how is it possible if I had already verified previously, then they tell me that yes, they are indeed already canceled, that I speak with the agency that bought my tickets and ask them about the refund.

      I booked reservations for specific Southwest Flights from *** to OKC and back on their website for $284.77 and received an email stating the booking was in process. I then received another email to call them which I did. I talked to ****** and was informed that they were not able to book the outgoing flight but they could try to book a flight around 5:00 am. I declined that change and requested that they go ahead and just cancel the whole thing and refund my money. ****** stated that they already booked the return flight and were not able to give any refunds but he could book the original flight for an additional $200. I refused and again asked for a complete refund. ****** then stated he could apply a $50 discount and I stated I either wanted the booked flights for the price stated when I booked or a complete refund. He again refused to give me a refund and refused to connect me to his manager who he stated only spoke Spanish. So I told him "Given you will not refund my original $284 I have no choice but to accept this" (he also would not give me the return tickets for half the $284) but that I was not happy and would report this to the BBB and social media. I want a refund of $164.21. The difference between what I had to pay and the booking price.
