STEER CLEAR of this supposed "company" Tarifasodeal -complete scam! I purchased (or at least I thought I did) a round-trip ticket to ****** by selecting the flight I wanted, inputting my credit card # & then clicking submit. The first thing that tipped me off was that there was no verification of any kind. It simply flashed a message that my booking was in a "confirmation process." This went on for a couple of hours, and then I received a call that was marked spam, where the woman told me that I did *not* in fact have a seat, and that she could not guarantee me one unless I upgraded by paying more --anywhere from $300-$400. When I told her I wanted the ticket that I paid for, she said she could send me an email confirmation for that, but that I would need to wait until two days before my departure which is still weeks away. She also said that not only was I not allowed to have a suitcase and/or even just a carry-on, but I couldn't even bring my purse during my 5-day stay in ******, unless I wanted to purchase an additional ticket, just for my purse. She became extremely insulting & aggressive, then told me that I could not cancel my flight. None of what she said was noted during any of the booking process.When I hung up, I researched the company & found the following: Tarifasodeal is an online travel agency that offers booking services for flights, vacation activities, and tours. While the company promotes an easy booking process and good customer service, it has received numerous complaints and negative reviews from customers. Common issues reported include hidden costs, aggressive tactics, inconsistent ticket confirmations, and poor customer service. Customers have experienced unexpected charges, changes to their bookings without proper notification, and difficulty in getting refunds or resolving issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THIRD WORD CS VERY POOR!!!!THIS A SCAM!!!!!! Oh Lord!!! Be very careful with this BS company. In the small book writing It says. that tickets are standby. and then they reach out to you and tell you that the ticket. are stand by. Are you aware of that? You could be taken off of the flight. and then they give you this other alternate opportunity to get the same ticket at double the price. So it's a bunch of BS I would never, ever, ever recommend this. One star is actually 1 star is to Fn much. STAY AWAY from this companyReview from Manju K

Flight tickets were booked using this online travel agency tarifasodeal.com for flights from *******, Az to *****, ***** on 7/20/2024. We received multiple confirmation emails from the above mentioned travel agent. We paid Total Price: $2191.84. Went to the airport, The airline staff at airport was unable to find an active air ticket. Stated that the ticket has been cancelled and the amount is refunded. I did not received any email communication from tarifasodeal.com s regarding this matter. No refund issued either. When I tried to contact them, they are putting the blame on the airlines. No clue about what happened, why there was no communication regarding this matter or when the refund will be provided. These fraudulent agencies should be shut down. **************** was very poor, no supervisor or manager to resolve the issue. No feasible solution was given. He said that he is going to contact the airlines and call me back in 30 min, no response for almost 3hrs. When I tried to call their number, it just gives me an engaged tone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I thought they were a legit company because I found them off of Kayak and I was wrong. They are a scam. I do not know if I even have plane tickets for my upcoming trip because of this company. I feel dumb that I didn't research the company before I trusted them so I hope to save someone else the same grief. I supposedly have 3 tickets on United through this company but as I stated, I don't know if I really do. I purchased the tickets and then was immediately called by the company to tell me that I may not take my purse on the fight with me because of the "special price" I got. ABSURD! When I told the person I would call United myself, they gave me grief and suckered me in only to find out that they all of a sudden found a CHEAPER flight, one that I COULD take my purse and a small carry on with. ABSURD! Now they are calling me multiple times a day to get my bank to clear a fee they are charging...so that I can carry on my purse and small carry on item. This agency is dealing with customers in very nasty and fraudulent ways, i reserved 4 tickets on its website around July 7 2024 and paid by credit card the whole amount for my upcoming family trip from ***** ******** to ******** on July 22 , 2024 , i received confirmation ***************** and its confirmation reference number with 4 names and delta airlines flight number, then one of their unfriendly guys called me and said everything is OK your payment is accepted for 4 tickets but you cant take even medication on flight, I said wow are we free people or prisoners with such unethical strict rules? that even medication is not allowed for us and it considered as carry on, then i waited but didnt receive airline confirmation number and called them and requested delta airlines flight confirmation number one of their representatives told me in very unprofessional and rude way that the reason you didnt get confirmation number yet is that we have confirmed 2 tickets in the price you already paid online but for the rest 2 persons you have to pay more around $550 more to confirm it, when i paid online for 4 persons i didnt receive any error message or there is was nothing posted with tickets the nonsense they are telling me now that this payment is for 2 tickets and you have to pay the rest later but i paid for 4 tickets and received confirmation email with all 4 name in it , i am requesting its higher authority to resolve this matter and send me delta airlines confirmation number and allow us all 4 persons to travel in same amount i already paid i am not paying anything more , if not i am going to escalate it further and such things would badly damage their reputation, credibility and businessReview from Julia T.

This company misleading customer buying a non refundable ticket without having regulation or restriction written anywhere for customer to read or review before they buy the ticket. Once the customer buy the ticket. The company make a phone call and tell the customer the regulations and restrictions about the ticket that customer buy. By that time its was too late to back out cause customer already brought the non refundable ticket. The customer will lost the money if they dont want to upgrade the ticket for more costs. they said the ticket that customer brought for cheap ticket it is not guarantee that the customer will get that flight and no kind of baggage allowed. This company let us to believe that we would be flying with Southwest. Then, they called us saying that we didn't have luggage rights. They then proceeded to change our flights from southwest to Spirit and frontier airlines.Which we did not want to fly with. We asked them to refund us since they are the ones that switched the airlines on us. They refused.We had already paid for the Southwest tickets when they pulled this shenanigan.The employee names are *** and ******** ( male).*** also charged us even more money for carry on and a checked bag.I do not recommend this company.They operate it out of an apartment.BBB ***** remove them from your list.Tarifasodeal Response

Worst experience i've had with a flight booking company. They promised me 2 seats right next to eachother for me and my wife. They even forced me to "upgrade" to ensure we got proper seat selection. When the time came to confirm seat selection, they blew me off every time I called. They would say "sir if we promised to upgraded seats with seat selection then we will honor it." they never honored it, no one ever called me back after i was told easily 6 times i'd get a call back.
