Very unprofessional I would not recommend this place to anyone. This was my original dentist but I moved far away for a year and when I came back it was time to take my braces off. I went to the office to get my braces taken off and dentist k at the plantation office was so rude and sinnical it was ridiculous. He proceeded to ask me why I came back to his office and why I wont go back to the other dentist that was helping me when I moved out of town. Then he proceeded to make jokes where will I find someone to take my braces off and then he proceeded to make up extra prices and charge me extra fees.I feel almost like he was flirting with me and it was making me very uncomfortable and he started to be very mean when he did not hear what he wanted to hear. Originally i was told ******* and when I got there he told me 500 all because he was mad. I have never been so upset before in my life or ever seen someone in a professional position as important as a dentist mock and talk to someone a customer at that in such a horrible a demeaning manner. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND I WILL BE PURSUING FURTHER LEGAL ACTION AND EVERY POSSIBLE WAY I CAN TO SHOW HOW NASTY AND DISRESPECTFUL THIS MAN IS. I will never let this go. It's a pity you feel this way, unfortunately you are under the impression that I am responsible for your choices. I offered to take off your braces for a reasonable fee and in fact included retainers at no cost to you (a saving of over $550). I was not "mad". I was open to helping an ex-patient of mine that had left our office a few years ago without explanation, and now felt you were owed free care. I wish you the best of luck in the future where ever you go. From our conversation it seems you already been to another orthodontic office where they offered to remove them for slightly less. Please make sure they make retainers too, otherwise your teeth will move back to where they started.
