It's sad I put my trust in this company. It's been 1 year and no settlement of my condo water damage claim. It seems they are not a up and up company. I've been living in a mess for a year with no resolution to settlement. Very little communication with me, if I don't call I don't hear from them....so troubling.Their promise was to help me with my insurance claim. 1 year later still living in a mess and my condo has been held "hostage". Can't move forward without this claim adequately settled.
