              Last year I hire ******* of Florida House Doctors to build be a spec home in ***************, ** I signed a contract and paid him the down-payment of $35k, he never submitted for permits or purchases plans. Come find he was unlicensed contractor working under his wife company platinum contractor. After numbers if threats to *** them they finally paid back $10K still leaving a outstanding balance of $25K , he keeping promising to pay me back, but have not attempted to make a good faith effort on any of his promise Do Not Hire him for anything related to construction.

              Florida health doctors was referred by his wife who is a realtor and sold me a home that needed lots of repairs. They started the work but never came to complete ended up with a significant roof leak that led to me hiring someone else to complete since they have not answered any of my calls or responded to any of my text message even though I asked and pleaded for them to greet urgency. I will never recommend them. They are total fraud.
