  We ran out of gas on Saturday 4/15 and called AAA emergency roadside assistance at 3:00 pm for help.Was told the *** was 4:00 pm. At 4:15pm I called back and was told the agent spoke with the dispatch and will be to me shortly. At 5:pm I called back and asked for an update because no one was assigned yet and was told they would be there shortly. Around 6pm I called back and was told that there was no gas and no one would be coming to help. They actually cancelled our request and left ** stranded. I reopen the request and 2 gallons of gas was delivered 18 hours later at 9:00am Sunday morning

  Issue began at 3:30pm 2/20/23. Called in to request a tow service for my vehicle. I explained that my battery is not dead, and had already attempted to jump start it. When their employee arrived at 5pm, he was not driving a tow truck, but a service vehicle and attempted to jump start my truck. When that failed, he told me that I would have to request a tow service. I called back. Was told to wait another hour and a half for a tow truck. Waiting 2 hours, called back. They stated that their provider wasn't responding to their request for updates and that it would be another 2 hours for another company to tow my truck. I requested they call the new tow company and if they would allow the vehicle to be towed without my presence. They called and confirmed, asked me to leave the vehicle unlocked, and put the key under the driver seat and allowed me to leave.I arrived at the dealership I had requested it be towed to this morning, only to find out that they didn't have my vehicle. I was given no updates, no phone calls telling me that they had cancelled the tow service, and that my truck is still sitting unlocked with the keys inside of it OVERNIGHT. Apparently they had cancelled the tow service because it was considered an unattended tow, and they don't do that.I call this morning, speak to a customer service advocate, and was promised they would have the truck picked up within the hour. Now we're going on over 12 hours with my car unlocked with the key inside of it, and they're still unable to give me an exact time in which they will have my tow complete.

  As my role is supervision of local Insurance & ************* does not directly support or oversee the emergency roadside assistance **** of AAA, I forwarded the complaint to that **** and have been advised they spoke to ******************** and the matter was resolved to his satisfaction.
