              I ordered almost two weeks ago after placing an order for 200 dollars worth of products from this company. I have tried every way to contact them including messenger and the support email provided. -not a single response and still no order confirmation or tracking number. I somehow found a number associated with this company and have been trying that as well but again no response. I have never had such a bad experience with an online purchase. its disappointing as its advertised as if medical professionals are the owners of this company. i am now out ***************************** even a response from this company.

              I believe I got scammed . I ordered and only received a PayPal receipt. No order confirmation. Followed up with customer service and no answer. The phone number is bogus. How can I get my money refunded?

              I placed an order on 2/18/23 and paid ***** for 2 items. I never received the order and sent 5 emails asking for the status of the order with no reply to date. I have ordered from this company before and received the items even though every time I had to reach out for the tracking. I beliieve this company would benefit from wasted time replying to emails if they had automated tracking numbers and confirmation send out to customers.As of today 3/12 almost a month later no reply or items received. The website states **** business days. Very disappointing!

              The website stated money back 100% guaranteed theres no customer service phone number to speak with someone and when purchased there was no tracking or communication. The product was not what I had expected.               I never received my item. The tracking said it had been delivered and I was in contact with a customer support person once but then they promptly ignored my later emails. Very disappointed and angry.
