      Techy Stole my IPAD Pro!! They admit that one of their employees stole my IPAD PRO while they were repairing it . Techy refuses to replace or pay me for my stolen Items. I have filed a police report and will seek legal action. DO NOT TAKE your electronics to this business. I took my Apple iPad Pro **** to the TECHY store located in ***** on ********************************* They assured me that they could fix the screen and replace it a new LCD screen. I returned to pick up my fixed IPAD. Once I returned home , I went to charge my device and it was not charging properly. I took it back to TECHY and they said they needed to reconnect the battery and I would have to leave it again for several weeks for the technician to replace it. When I returned to pick up my IPAD they admitted that an employee has stolen my iPad PRO and that they were sorry. They failed to replace or compensate me for my loss. They refuse to answer my calls after trying to reach their headquarters. I used my iPad Pro for 100% for work and it stored my client information databases on it. DO NOT take your computers, phones or electronics to this this their a merchant. I am seeking legal council if they refuse to replace my IPAD.

      Hi *******. Im sorry to hear about your experience with Techy in *****. This is the Plantation location which is privately owned. Unfortunately we have zero ability to resolve this issue for you since the ***** store is also privately owned. If you havent already, please contact our corporate office at ************. They can definitely help get this matter resolved for you since they are the franchisor. Again my apologies for the situation but we do not have the power to act on another locations behalf.

      I dropped off my phone for repair on Thursday 10/14/21 for repair. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone since then. I have called and called and left multiple messages. The repair was supposed to be done the next day. I was able to do an online chat asking for my phone back. I told them I was on my way to the store and when I got there the gates were closed. Walmart does not have any info for for the business. This franchise is inside the Walmart on 45th Street in West Palm Beach, Florida.

I am the owner of the Plantation store and your complaint mentions that you went to the location In West Palm Beach. I advise you to reach out to our corporate office XXX-XXX-XXXX. They should be able to help you with this. Unfortunately I can't do Anything regarding an issue like this at another Techy store since the owner of that location would need to be contacted. Since you have made multiple efforts to reach the west palm location, I do think contacting the corporate office will help to get this resolved. I am now in receipt of a damaged phone. I was promised a refund which I have never received prior to picking up the phone. Then to pick it up with the back lifting off. My apologies again but we cannot resolve this issue for you since I don't own that location and have zero access to their records. I only own and operate the Plantation and Cooper City location. This is something that must be handled between yourself and that location. Or you can also follow up with corporate at the phone number provided above. "Hi *****, I completely understand your frustration about the delay. Unfortunately, we received a defective screen from our supplier causing 2 days delay. Your phone is fully working and ready for pick up. We tried to reach out to you to coordinate pick up/delivery of your phone but phone calls went directly to voice mails. We offered a refund too because of the whole inconvenience. Your phone is at our Techy store located at XXXX XXth St, West Palm Beach, FL. Our hours of operation are Monday to Saturday from 11-7 and Sunday from 12-6. Techy has more than 120 locations nationwide. We are here to help and assist with all your needs. We hope the above mentioned will help us come to a resolution, as we are trying our best to assist you as our customer. Thank you."
