          Scam Alert: Fraudulent Job Offers Using Business Name

          It has come to our attention that fraudulent emails are being sent out using a fake email address similar to the business' legitimate email, offering job opportunities on behalf of Total Translations, Inc. These emails may use the company’s name, logo, and address to appear legitimate.

          Please note the following:
          - These emails are NOT from Total Translations, Inc.
          - Total Translations, Inc. does not solicit job applications or offer employment via unsolicited emails.
          - The official email address is [email protected].
          - The official phone number is (954) 591-1148.

          - Emails are being sent from a fake email, [email protected] (Notice the S after total, fake)
          - Calls are being received from +1 (647) 313 6195 during which they pretend it is a job interview.

          - After the fake interview they send a PDF Contract from the same email with a background logo of the legitimate company.
          - Emails and Contract are signed by Theresa M. O'Farrell. 

          If you receive an email offering a job that appears suspicious, do not respond, click on any links, provide any personal information or make payments. Instead, block, and report spam.  You may also report the scam via the BBB Scam Tracker at www.bbb.org/scamtracker.
