Service so bad, doesn't matter what the food is like! (March 2024)Buyer beware! When they gave me the wrong food, they initially wanted me to return that food even though it had already been in my home. (Is that ok with the ***** of ******** I wanted to speak with the manager and the woman on the phone continued to argue, finally letting me speak with someone who claimed to be the manager. He also was so rude that I doubt he was a manager. When picking it up, I had even questioned that they got all that food in one bag as I always order the same thing and it comes in two bags, but he assured me it was my order. When I called with the issue, I wanted the contact info for the owner, but he would not provide it. The "manager" told me that that they confirmed the order with me as they always do, but they never do when I call. I annunciate very clearly. Shameful behavior and it was even worse when I went to pick up for their mistake!I want the owner to know how rude and ignorant his/her staff are and to contact me so I know that the owner was made aware. The large woman at the counter called me a racist because I said that the fried rice was so ***** that I was fine sticking with the white in my usual Family Meal D (she obviously misheard and was too ignorant to be corrected). My friends were appalled - they were sitting at the table in my home and heard everything during the phone call.
