I Hired Nelson H******, Premier Trailer Services LLC to do my 2 bathrooms.The quote was for both bathrooms/I had to pay 70% up front. He started the small one first. The first attempt of the shower was so bad they tore it out & redone it. They put drywall mud up on the wall/ never sanded it/then painted it. worker dropped his hammer & put holes in our tile floor. He said he would fix it all & we would be pleased; he had to put texture on the wall because it could not be sanded/the paint was already on it. Before he started to re-tile, we told him the shower floor was not level and so when he put up the tile it was not level. The protective board/paper was damaged & should have been replaced. We still have an issue with the floor between the drain & side wall.It doesn't drain right, the grout is different colors, coming out,& cracking. The tile on the ledge to step into the shower is crooked & there are gaps in the tile. The trim/finishing work is sloppy. When he finished the bathroom I told him there were things I did not like. He was not happy & when he left that day he did not contact me back.(this was on a Tuesday, On Saturday I finally reached him/he said he would not be doing any other work. I have asked for an itemized bill but have yet to receive it. The only way to fix all the things that are wrong is to start over. I have already hired someone who completed the other bathroom/done a beautiful, professional job. In a text he asked me " What did you want, a great job?" Yes I did, He gave me an estimate to do the ceiling in my large bathroom, I needed to provide to the AC guy (for the leak that damaged my ceiling). When Nelson told me he was not coming back to complete anything else he said he helped me get $1600 for an $800 job. (he is a con) He owes me for the portion of the 2nd bathroom he did no work on. I paid for good quality/undamaged product. I want my money back. $7000
