      I paid for the *** in full. Was told It would be delivered in July 2023. When I call about the date it was change to October 2023. Brought a ticket to fly to my home in ******, **. Called to see when the bed would be delivered and no one answered I continued to call and was blocked,

      On 4/10/23 I ordered 2 Craftmatic Adjustable Beds. One king *** and put a $500 deposit on a queen *** to be delivered to *****. I have on numerous occasions called the company for delivery over the past ***************************************************************************** soon. After several months I was tired of waiting for the king *** to be delivered to my Florida address. On one occasion, the delivery department called my daughter ******* to tell her they would be delivering the following week but NO DELIVERY was made. I was frustrated and concerned I was never going to receive my *** so I called on many occasions asking them to refund my money. Although I put a $500.00 deposit on the queen *** to be delivered to my address in *****, they kept the $500 and I received no queen ***. When I was in ******* the first week of April 2024, I called several times. At first a gentleman answered the phone. When I asked about delivery he told me to call back on Monday and ask for ***** or *****. I called back and when I gave my name, the gentleman hung up on me. When I called back I left a message on the answering machine that I was filing a complaint. I called immediately called back again and when the gentleman answered I could hear my voice on the answer machine. When he realized it was me, he hung up. After that, no one answered the phone. It was only the answering machine. I bought a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed 20 yrs ago and still have the ***. I have had 3 major back surgeries and really wanted a new ***. I believe they are taking orders from vulnerable people with no intentions of delivering the ***s which is intentional fraud.***********************

      In May 2023 I spoke with a salesman for Craftmatic Beds named **************. I agreed to purchase a Craftmatic ********** a check for a $500 deposit to Craftmatic PO Box ******, *********************** .I then sent a check to them for the balance of $ 2300+ end of June 2023. The bed was on ********** did not have a delivery date yet for me. I called them from Jun Unti Nov 2023 & still not delivery date. I told them I wanted to ***** the bed. & get a refund of my $2800+. They said, "Oh, we almost have delivery date" & transferred me to Bookeeping. They never answered I left a VM for them. I was for a delivery date after they said they expecting one. Never happened to this date.I ended up buying a bed locally & never received the Craftmatic. I want a refund check sent to me for the total of $ ********. asap I have been very patient & believing them but I had to purchase a bed ********** want to cancel & get my refund check $2831.55 sent to me.

      I paid the full amount by credit card on April 21, 2023. They wuill not send me the bed and now they apparntly have my phnoe blocked as I cannot get through. I am at my wits end.

      Transaction date 11/24/2023 Invoice # ***** Price: $4,719.95 The invoice was for a double adjustable bed with mattress. They said they were having a back log in obtaining the mattresses and that they would send the base and a temporary mattress, full queen. We agreed to that and have the email that they were going to do this. I have called numerous times and sent a letter, with no answers. When I did get through they would always send me to delivery telling me that they would call bak and never did. ********** they would acknowledge the case but never get back to me. The matress they gave us is not worth the $2,600 we paid them.I really don't know how to resolve the problem since I need an 80x30 matress and their is no company that sells a mattress that size.I can resolve by getting a complete refund. They were my last resort. If I go to another company the only adjustable bes they have with two matresses are 84x30 and that is to big for our room.

      I ordered a bed on 12/28/2023. I had reached out to the website and was called the next day. The salesman offered a left-over Black Friday deal for $3,512.44, I paid that day by credit card.The salesman told me that the bed would arrive around 1/7/2024. It has not been delivered yet. The salesman will not return my calls. At this point, I want to cancel the order and receive a refund. I have reached out to the salesman directly, I have left messages and texts. I have called the company number that is on line. Today, I also left a message on the website at their contact email.

      I purchased a bed online from craftmatic adjustable beds on October 6, 2023 for $2,791.80. They were supposed to have an independent contractor deliver the bed. If I got a call from a contractor they must have called when I was at work. I can't have my cell phone with me at work because I work around explosive gases that might be ignited by a cell phone. I called several times in November and December to try and get a resolution to the problem meanwhile I was paying $1975 for a new apartment that I could't sleep in because there was nothing to sleep on so I was now paying rent on 2 apartments. Since then when I try to call them it seems that they have put a block on my phone and I can't call them or the seller ***** whose phone # is ************. They do have a restocking fee of $750 so I would like to get my $2,031.80 returned to me.

      I previously filed a complaint with the ** on this matter #******** July 2023, Craftmatic gave a response they would issue me my deposit back ASAP, well it is February ***** and I still have not seen my $500 deposit I was promised back. Now when I call i get forwarded to a voicemail, or they just disconnect me. This company is praying on individuals, make you put a deposit down before you are even approved for the financing, that they ASSURE WILL GET APPROVED, then they keep your money.

      The first week of October 2023 I called Craftmatic Bed for a replacement remote he said he didnt have any but he would sell me another bed so I gave him $500 deposit I checked my finances and I could not afford the payments he wanted I canceled the bed within an hour had not even left the desk yet for delivery I talked to the same gentleman and he said that he would refund my $500 to my credit card that never happened I called almost every day kept getting voicemail I asked for an invoice and never received that *** sent a complaint to the complaint department never got back to me answering machine said they would get back to me in 24 hours never happened when I did get through to somebody they said they would send me the invoice that was two months ago it never happened I dont know what else to do please help They never sent me My refund back

      Confirmation number R0109674 and the only number that I could reach anybody and the gentleman who took the $500 out of my ********* is ***** ************************ he said that they were going bankrupt chapter 1 but they are still going to send the refund back to my bank of $500 but I dont believe that this is been going on since 1 October and I asked for a receipt for my $500 and they never sent it to me and I had talked with a **** from accounting thank you so much for your help I also sent a dispute to the dispute Department

      I have tried to contact them for the past seven months and they will not answer my calls the last call was they were going out of business and I havent heard anything further from them I dont know what else to do

      In Nov. 2023 I ordered a bed from Craftmatic and waited. No bed ever came. After several attempts to reach the people I spoke with at Craftmatic I checked BBB and found a "F" rating. Using every number I had for the company, without a response, I said "at least they didn't charge my card." However, going over past bank statements I found a charge on my account.
