      On October 22, 2024 I googled Craftmatic and called ************** to order a new bed for my Mom. On November 16th I received a call from ***** at **************. He said he would order a new bed and that I would need to pay in advance by check. He requested the next check number, routing number and account number. I gave him the information and the monies were withdrawn from my Moms checking account on November 18, 2024.On November 16th I received an email from ************************************* to sign a contract, which I did, and then from ******************************* telling me my order has been processed.I have yet to receive the bed.Since then, I have tried to call ***** 5 times between 12/27/2024 01/23/2025, all of which went to voicemail, and I left a message every time.I also called **************, which is the number on the email I received from *******************************, on 01/08/2025. A man answered, told me my order weas being shipped next Monday 01/13/2025. I tried calling again 3 more times through 01/23/2025, but all I got was an answering machine and no reply to my voicemails.I would like a full refund of $3,824.63, which is the amount of the check I sent them. The problem with my Moms current bed has been resolved and I am no longer in need of the bed.**** ***

      On Sept 1, 2024 I had paid in full for a double size adjustable bed frame that was to include levels of massage, head and foot adjustable. A cell phone charging station a separate remote operation and lights underneath. The adjustable mattress was to have a combination of coils and foam. Taxes. Delivery and set up included They lied to me 8 times. Including on 2 different dates in Oct. When they said it would be delivered within 24 to 48 hours and was never delivered. They blocked my calls. Only after I left a message that I had contacted the ************************** on Jan 2, did they send me a mattress only in a box I have not opened, which I want them to take back with them after setting up the entire new unit which is paid for. I also want $1000.00 from them for all the frustration. Hardship, high blood pressure. Stress and worries they have caused. This was prescribed by a Dr. ******* of injuries from my head all the way down my back that have never healed. Including cracks in my spine caused when a driver of a big, heavily loaded truck admitted he was not looking or braking when he hit me from behind . I NEED this bed and I need it now. Please help me. I am an 87 year old disabled person, and my retirement funds were greatly reduced because I was forced to retire early. Thank you. Have a better year than I am having.

      My wife and I purchased a bed from Adjustable Bed Enterprises. Price $4, ******, the purchase date was 10/5/24. The contracted delivery date was 10/22/24. The bed did not arrive on the delivery date. We contacted Adjustable Bed Enterprises on 10/23/24, 11/4,24,11/11/24, and 11/20/24.We have spoken with Ms. ***** ******** and Mr. ******* ****. Neither individual has provided us with so much as a tracking number for the delivery of the bed. It is now 30 days overdue. As of this morning when I spoke with Mr. **** he was unable to provide me any tracking or shipment information. When I attempted to request a contact for his supervisor he said, " I'll call you back in ten minutes and hung up on me. I have received no further information concerning our purchase, delivery or any form of reimbursement.****** G. ****

      I purchased a craftmatic bed last year March 2023,and already one of the mattress is tearing near the seams. I have contacted the company and spoke with a rude representative, by the name of ***** on Oct 28th, who said he would put a ticket in,and someone will call be in couple of days. ****** called me on Oct 31st and advised to take pictures of the damaged mattress which I did on the on the next day, but I still have not receive an acknowledgment or response from that email. I contacted ***** again who said maybe they are busy, I said that is not an excuse and by now I should have received an acknowledgment of my email. He rudely stated that you dont have to repeat I will send another ticket and hung up on me.

      I am rejecting this response because: Craftmatic want me to pay for wear and tear plus delivery costs, which totaled over ****** dollars and I dont think that is fair for a little over 1 year bed.

      I paid $4615.24 for the top bed around March 2023 and it was it was delivered around May of 2023.

      So, I only the bed for a little over a year and I dont think it should be falling apart already. Craftmatic should make my claim good with free delivery and no wear and tear charges.

      September 19, 2024 we called Craftmatic at ************ and ordered a queen size adjustable bed. Was transferred to ****** ***** to pay $3,694 with a check by phone. We were told delivery would take four to five weeks. We called for an update on 10/21/24 but got no answer so texted *****, the original sales person at ************. He responded saying the bed had shipped out that day (10/21/24) and he would have a tracking number on 10/25/24. After several more attempts we reached a ******* ****** who said the bed had shipped out last Friday 10/25/24 and he would call us with a tracking number today 10/30/24. He has not called and no one answers when we call them. Our goal is to either get the bed we have ordered or a refund of the money we paid.

      August 21 2024 Craftmatic Internet sales at PO Box ****** in ************* , Fl took $4028.75 for a bed and mattress and promised delivery in 2 weeks . My mother tried to give the sales person her credit card number but he said no they would take her banks routing number for her bank - not the credit card. At the 2 week **** she called and they said 2 more weeks. She then called again at the next 2 week **** and still was told it was on its way - for sure it would be to us in 2 weeks or less. No bed. . I called today and a very rude man named ***** told me for the 4th time 2 more weeks and then said , "Well you got the mattress already ". I informed him we had NOTHING after 8 weeks but they have had $4028.75 since August 21. He then said he would have his boss call me since i was pretty mad - no phone call came. Ive called the corporate office number and left multiple messages - no return calls . I asked for customer service to cancel the order today and the number ***** gave me was an answering machine with a generic voicemail . ***** keeps telling me 2 weeks and to calm down but they have taken my parents money and repeatedly never delivered the product nor have they EVER given me a delivery date. When you ask for one its with in 2 weeks! The corporate phone number is *************** and NO ONE answers - generic answering machine! ***** was the one that sold it to my parents and i asked to see the bill of sale because my parents never got one in the mail or by email. ***** insists my mother signed a PDF on line as a bill of sale but that's impossible because my mother has no idea what a PDF is or how to access one. I repeatedly asked for a copy of this supposed PDF - i gave them my email - no copy has ever been sent. They have basically stolen $4028.75 and delivered no bed , no receipt of the sale and no one to be accountable or talk to. I have only a copy the automated check generated and paid to Craftmatic Internet Sales paid on august 21 by ***** Fargo .

      ***** from Craftmatic looked up a ******* *. and found that they cancelled their order on 10.18.24. ***** advised that the consumer and Craftmatic spoke on 10.17.24 to confirm the shipping status but the very next day the consumer just called to cancel.

      On May 28 2024, I had given Craftmatic Adjustable Beds/Adjustable Bed Enterprises *** $2000 for a deposit on a bed I would be paying off. Unfortunately I had a family emergency and had to cancel my order. I have been trying to cancel this order with them since June 27, and have tried to get a refund for the deposit of $2000. I had spoken to one of the representatives, ****** *****, and he had approved a refund via Zelle. I never received a refund and the company has yet to return any calls or emails and has been ignoring all my attempts at contact.

      I placed an order on July 19, 2023. Invoice #***** in the amount of $2985.30, paid in full. I have not received my order for a new mattress and base as of this date. Every time I call them to ask about my order, they transfer me to an extension that never answers and will not call me back when I leave a message. I just want my order to be delivered or a refund for $2985.30. Is there anything I can do to get an answer or call about my order or get my money back??

      I placed an order for a bed approximately 5 weeks ago. Payment was posted on 8/6. I have tried to secure delivery of the bed, but no one wants to return my phone calls. I am asking for the bed to be delivered, and setup, per the arrangement made, or to have my money refunded. It came to roughly $4800, or so.

Called for an update on 8-19-24 and was told there is no longer a customer service line, someone in customer service will call me back per ***** in sales at craftmatic ************ Not sure where the headquarters is located at
