Our builder used them to install our HVAC system, and weve had problems with the units not cooling our brand new house. Then only a year and a half in and our a/c unit started to leak water. After speaking with them to come look at our a/c unit and them agreeing to put us on a service plan and only charge us for the service plan they charged us for a service fee and also used our shop vac without asking to use it and ruined it. Very unprofessional and difficult company to work with.Review from LISA M

I have used Engineered Air for several years. They are always there for me. Dennis and his office staff are knowledgeable, personable and courteous. The technicians (especially Ezra) are well trained and answer my 101 questions without hesitation! I would recommend them to anyone looking for an ac company!Review from Joe S

They don't stand behind their work. I agreed to all of their recommendations and spent $1000 to repair a 5 year old AC (that they originally installed) that was dripping water. Less than 4 months later I have the same leak. They won't even look at it to see what went wrong without charging me more money before coming out. Poor customer service, and do not stand behind their work.Review from Wayne J

I contacted Engineered Air to set up appointment for a cooler fan service call. They took my name, confirmed address and contact information. Confirmed a service call for the next day. Once they realized the service call was in a Funeral Home, I was placed on hold for a moment only to be informed that they were too busy and could not do my service call, the commercial tech was not available anymore, ever....

We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding, however we are no longer offering service on commercial refrigeration equipment. We do service commercial air conditioning systems, however we do not currently employ technicians who are qualified on commercial walk-in coolers or freezers. There are many companies that specialize in that kind of equipment, however we no longer have that capability. We will update our website to remove references to commercial refrigeration.
