We did not break our contract and when returning our semi, LRM shared it was okay to return. Once I cleared there would be no fees or penalties, we set up a date, my husband drove the semi back- excellent condition due to the money spent on repairs, and purchased a plane ticket to return home; LRM sent a huge bill to a collection agency. I talked with someone at LRM about this unprofessionalism. The person assured me there were no penalties or fees to return. This person was able to talk with us over the phone while the truck was being returned and inspected. I’m so sorry we ignored the bad reviews of LRM Leasing in Pompano Beach, FL. We will now go public since the lies have expanded to over a $6,000 balance. LRM will respond to BBB with the protocol speech. This is to keep the business afloat with bad business. We are professionals and thought LRM was as well. The message will begin with networking with all owner operators as well as worldwide. This company is dangerous and people need to be made aware. The lawyers in my family have been informed of our next steps and due to conflict of interest, our attorney at hand will handle the rest. They are a great company to buy a truck from. They are honest and fair. The trucks are used, but in good condition. They will help you find an honest repair shop if you break down so you can get back on the road. When you make the last lease payment, they will send you the title. All you have to do is make the payments on time. Highly recommend.

LRM LEASING LIED ABOUT TRUCK REPAIR COST, CONVINCED THE OPERATION MANAGER OF MY COMPANY TO HAVE THE TRUCK SENT TO FLORIDA TO THEM TO BE REPAIRED AT A HALF THE COST OF THE QUOTE WE RECEIVED FROM FREIGHTLINER. DELAYED REPAIRS BEYOND INSURANCE COVERAGE TIME. LIED ABOUT NOT NEEDING INSURANCE COVERAGE UNTIL REPAIRS WAS DONE, AFTER iNSURANCE COVERAGE WAS UP,DEMANDED INSURANCE PAYMENT, KNOWING THE TRUCK WAS NOT MOVING AND WAS IN THEIR REPAIR SHOP FOR A MONTH. THEN LRM MANAGER MATT WHO GAVE THIS FALSE INFORMATION REFUSED TO COME TO THE PHONE TO STAND BEHIND WHAT HE SAID WOULD HAPPEN WHEN THE TRUCK WAS IN THEIR CARE. THEY THEN SENT A TEXT TO SAY THAT THEY SEIZED THE TRUCK BECUASE THE INSURANCE WAS NOT PAID. HAVING NO BUSINESS INTEGRITY TO CALL THE OWNER. THEY SAID THE TRUCK ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THE ENGINE WAS COMING FROM TENESSE. I WAS NOT BEHIND ON MY PAYMENT. LRM DECEIVED MY COMPANY TO GET THE TRUK BACK TO THEM BY DELAYING MY REPAIR AND PUTTING MY BUSINESS IN HARDSHIP. MATT NEVER STOOD BEHIND HIS WORD. WE LEASED WITH THEM FOR ONE YEAR AND HAD A 42 MONTH LEASE. THEN TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, THEY SENT US A TEXT TO STATE THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY $30,000.00 TO GET THE TRUCK BACK . THIS BUSSINESS WAS INTENTIONAL IN THEIR DECEIT.THEY WERE DISHONORABLE TOWARDS A PAYING LEASEE IN A CRISIS DEPENDING ON THEIR WORD OF TIMELY REPAIR. LRM DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEIZE THE TRUCK, BUT THEY DID KNOWING THAT WE LIVE IN A DIFFERENT STATE. BE VERY CAEFUL LEASING WITH THIS COMPANY. THE TRUCK HAD ISSUES FROM THE FIRST TIME WE STARTED RUNNING. THE REPAIR SHOP THEY RECOMMEND, DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. BRING YOUR OWN MECHANIC. BELIEVE NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO THEM FOR ANY REPAIR EVEN THOUGH THEY WILL TRY TO CONVINCE YOU THAT THEY ARE THE BEST OPTION. BUSINESS INTEGRITY MATTERS , ESPECIALLY FOR THE SMALLER BUSINESS OWNERES. THIS BUSINESS CANNOT SUCCEED WITH THIS POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF INTEGRITY. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORD.
