Terrible experience. I went to the Home and Designer Show and saw their product and was immediately attracted with the stone and lifetime warranty they offer. I Scheduled a presentation and had a pleasure designing my shower with my Sales *** that is fantastic. Than the nightmare began. The production and install team do not measure up and are not skilled to do the job.The shower I am buying and I design cost $10,000 without a door! I Do not move forward if you gave not started yet!!!They should not be in a *********** Show, what you see is NOT what you get. Poor install, no communication, owner not standing by what they sell, should not be in business they are terrible, left me with a unfinished shower and are not willing to fix their mistakeReview from Dean G

Worst company ever. Dishonest and unprofessional. Broke pipes, installed leaky valves and used improper materials. Our permit request was sitting on someones computer for two weeks because they forgot to hit the submit button! The company broke a pipe that caused damage to the apartment below. After a period of fighting with them and after my wife and I told them we were seeking legal advice, they said they would fix the small spot of damage. The repair was horrible because they used the wrong material! The repair had to be redone by a contractor, which cost us $300.00. American Bath refused to reimburse us. Valves that they installed on the new toilets were leaking and my contractor needed to repair them. They even used the wrong size ****** for the pipes. Please do not use this company! It is no wonder that they replaced most of the staff in their ***************

Weve reached out to Grosss and unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the claimed leak that they are referring to. This leak was caused by his fridge that was unplugged in the middle of his living room, as they have had multiple contractors there doing major renovations in their condos kitchen and living room.
His fridge was unplugged and moved in the middle of his living room which had bags of ice in the freezer that leaked, and water infiltrated to his neighbor downstairs living room which has a higher ceiling then the bath area that we renovated and there were no damages underneath our work areas which we have pictures.
We explained this to ************** and his neighbor at the time this was pointed out to **.
All the work that we performed passed all inspections and final inspection, which now all permits closed and are satisfied.
We have also went above and beyond for the Grosss through out this whole project.
Our products and services have a lifetime warranty.
